“Mostly helpful if overworked staff at a high traffic location. Usually only ONE person working at the counter at a time! Sometimes two. Each staff person makes sure they take the time to help each customer thoroughly, which can be hard on a long line of impatient people waiting for service. Some of them always give up and walk away every time I go there. EVERY TIME. This is an indictment not of the employees but of their employers, who don't provide enough staff to give adequate service to their clientele. If lucky enough to get service, it's always knowledgeable and good.”

“The staff at this UPS store is always friendly and incredibly helpful.
I have maintained a box at this store for several years and have never experienced any mistakes regarding package deliveries. Notifications are prompt and accurate so I always know when to head to the store to pick up packages.
The only negative about this location is a lack of bicycle racks.”
