“This is my second time visiting this Staples and again received excellent service yesterday! An associate named Josue kindly assisted me with getting a friends Celebration of Life Obituaries Completed. I came in for same day service and the store was extra swamped due to the Thanksgiving Week coming up on top of it been Friday. All of the associates one by one waited on and helped each patron waiting in the Print and Marketing area. Josue as well as helping me was helping several others. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a paper stock that I am so pleased with :) He even printed a sample so I could see the difference and feel confident about my choice. Even though it was extremely busy he assured me he'd do his best to have it done in an hour and he did. Even when I couldn't come back as soon as I wanted to he let me know the order was completed and waiting for pick up. Thank you Josue for all your help and excellent customer service! I have no idea why some of the ratings are mine they are on Yelp for this location. I find the employees here even in other parts of the store to be hardworking and knowledgeable. “I had the best experience this morning at Staples in Venice. I needed to print invitations for my daughters upcoming birthday. I was helped by a wonderful associate, Ashley who was dynamic! There was a heavy flow of customers who needed all kinds of help in the Print Center and Ashley handled everything and every customer with Stellar service. She was able to get my invitations printed within in an hour, Beautifully and even helped me decide on some of the smaller decisions. In this fast paced world it’s so nice to receive genuine care and customer service which will definitely keep me a recurring customer.
