“This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so warm, so welcoming, efficient, helpful. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.”

“When I was searching for a place to rent a postal box, I went on Google maps and made a list of possibilities. I called a few, and visited others. I was not convinced. I decided to check this one out in person, as I was nearby.
I was greeted by one of the owners (Armeni), she gave me a detailed explanation of the fees and the process. I liked her right away, and decided to rent a box right there and then. Armeni is very friendly and helpful. I have only seen her husband a few times, when I've gone to check my mail. He is also friendly.

“I have been here a couple of times for FedEx Print & Go service.. it is conveniently located near a DMV so if you need to print something it’s less than 10 mins away.. parking is typical wilshire parking meter situation but it’s not hard to also find a spot in the nearby street. I never had parking issue

Sean & Monica were awesome helping me with a crazy last minute shipping situation after buying an oversized piece of art on Sunday! They even helped build a custom box to fit my 65” canvas along with all the necessary bubble wrap and safety measures to make sure it was packed properly! “I think the negative reviews are kinda outdated. I know the bar is low, but this might be the best post office on the coastal west side. Just come off peak hours and be nice. If you think it's bad, you probably haven't visited the others. There is easy parking across the street in the lot if the nearby spots are taken.”
“Every time employee at this store provides excellent customer service. I had just purchased a mailbox there a couple weeks earlier. When I walked into the store to check my mailbox on the employees greet me by my name. It is always well staffed with employees who are all skilled at what they do, thus quickly getting customers in and out. They also have two notaries so there’s always one available able with little or no waiting.”
“I've used the UPS to drop off any returns I have already in prepaid labels. There's usually street parking available. I've not had it to wait in line It's clean and personnel is friendly. It's simple and quick for me to drop off. Does it job”
