“I wish I could give 10 stars. So I worked a whole week on an annual Medicaid report for my brother in Vermont. I had everything ready and it requires that a barcode be visible so that when Vermont Medicaid receives it, it gets routed to the right group. I went to the post office and while they were trying to be helpful, there was only one clerk and a long line. She could not provide the type of sleeve which would show this barcode. And she estimated $30.00 or more for a priority envelope delivery. Happily, I went to FedEx on Maxella Avenue and was fortunate to be next in line to Mr. Hamadi, the Assistant Manager. I will spare you the details, but he handled everything PERFECTLY. I know my package will arrive in three days, and my cost $19.55. Besides the professionalism, Mr. Hamadi was as pleasant as one could be. I will use this FedEx office for all my shipping needs from now on.”

“I rarely leave reviews but everyone should know how amazing this team is. Michael and his coworkers (sadly didn’t catch their names) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me track down a recently sent package that I needed urgently rerouted back to me. While Michael argued on my behalf with the FedEx 1-800 rep, his coworkers went around to everyone in the warehouse until they found someone with the delivery driver’s cell number. They got ahold of the driver and he set aside the package and returned it in 2 hours, regardless of the official tracking destination. INCREDIBLE. I am immensely grateful to these amazing people. Because of them, my expedited passport will arrive on time!!!! My upcoming trip to Spain is dedicated to my new shipping angels <3”

“Great customer service. Christian really saved the day for me as I lost the tracking receipt for a package that I was sending overseas. I was in Scotland and all I had was the date and time of the transaction from my credit card. Christian was able to pull it up and send me my tracking number to my email address. Thank you!”
