When I made a shipping mistake (package originating on the East Coast and destined for Marina Del Ray), both Nubia and Anabelle went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue. They took time to get internal information and share options with me to ensure my mistake was not an expensive one (time or money). They were patient and kept me informed of updates via phone. I absolutely recommend this store for all shipping needs!”

“The crew at the Marina Del Rey FedEx Office are awesome. I submitted several orders online for prints on specialty paper and when I went to pick up the order, we discovered some issues. The team helped me get everything right and made sure I didn’t pay for anything that I did not get. Hamadi, in particular, was so patient, friendly, professional, and focused on making sure I had everything I needed.
I tried to find a place to submit a note directly to the store’s manager, but there aren’t a lot of ways to send kudos for a job well done, so I hope Hamadi’s manager and/or corporate sees this and lets him know that his work is recognized and appreciated.”
