They cleaned my Mac online and only charged $50.00. They just take over your computer and do what they need to. It probably took about 20 minutes. MacBook is working much better.

My review is for the appliance dept. AJ the supervisor, asked if we needed help. He was knowledgable, friendly and really helped us. He is quick to respond after the sale as well. We need more people like him in retail. He made our experience at best buy overall a good one
