“Awesome, friendly and courteous staff. I reached 15 mins early for my passport appointment, they had just opened. I offered to wait but the lady, think her name is Maria, said no worries we can help you. Was in and out in 10 mins.”
“Dear American Post, you have a wonderful employee working in your department. She saved me, helped me find my package! It was very important on Christmas Eve.Thank you Cannie”
“Friendly and helpful. I walked in the minute they closed and they opened again to let me ship my package. Never had that happen before. Above and beyond expectations.”
“Conveniently located, short line Friday mid morning. Next to the mail slot is a permanent slot for."misdirected mail." I'm not sure if this is the best location to post a letter.”
“I needed to get a passport for my son done as soon as possible for an international trip. We were lucky to find an appointment the next day coming all the way from Millbrae, CA. - it wasn't busy and we were taken care of immediately. The woman there took care of us exactly on our appointment time and took the passport photo of my toddler son. We were out and about 15 minutes tops!”
“I didn't have an appointment but drove to get my passport. The clerk helped me anyway. I had all my paperwork and copies ready so all I did was take MT picture, pay and go. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Only negative is they didn't show me my picture before and I hate it!”
“Wow, gosh. Where to begin? I received my mail from a pair of tender hands. Boy did I get it. Then, to my chagrin, it was time to go. Woah. Gee. Got my mail. Saucy.”
“Marina post office went out of their way to get me the proof that my package was delivered to a wrong address. It turned out to be the Ebay seller's fault. They put the wrong address on the mailing label either on purpose or whatever the reason. The seller ignored my emails/requests, but Ebay saw the evidences that I submitted and returned me the money. Without the help from this post office, I wouldn't have been able to get a refund. Thank you so much, especially, the mailman who helped me in this matter!”
