From the moment I walked in, Tiffany greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She is always so funny and has genuine conversations with the regulars and all those around. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering valuable suggestions and making sure I left satisfied.But Tiffany isn't the only one here at this Goodwill that is amazing. Every staff member I've encountered during my visit was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. It's clear that they all take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' experience.The store itself was well-organized, clean, and filled with treasures waiting to be discovered. I found myself a pair of brand new boots here that I always get compliments on! Whether you're hunting for clothing, household items, or unique finds, this Goodwill has something for everyone.”

“Some previous comments said the prices were high here but I found them to be very reasonable for a Goodwill. Previous ones I've visited had higher prices for sure. Maybe it's higher prices for the area thrift stores, but I found a men's blazer in excellent shape for $7.50. I'd come back here again if I was in the area for sure.”

“I've been by the SPCA benefit shop many times poked my head into it today. I bought my SPCA 2024 calendar a great value at $12. The benefits go fully to the SPCA.Friendly staff. Lots of many things for every age. Men, women and children. They have photos, pictures, you name it. Great prices.They also have tennis balls for your dog if you have a dog that likes fetching balls.Visit today and help raise awareness and money for a great organization.”

“The prices are amazing but you have to look at the dates to know if the price is less. The tag has three or four prices on it and no one explained what they meant to us Got some amazing deals. The only reason I didn't give it four stars is because the staff wasn't very friendly except for the gentleman who had to fix an issue. I will be back just won't expect much from the service.”

Store has a huge space and offers a variety of home items including furniture, electronics, kitchenware in addition to tools and equipment, books, etc. People working here are nice and friendly.Store hours are kind of limited, 10am - 4pm.Plenty of parking spaces nearby.Returns are accepted within a week for store credit.”

“This place is small but with lots of items.We didn't have too much time to look through all the areas since there are large amounts of items. Not sure if it was new or had little of opening at this location but we could not find it on Yelp.The employee was kind, helpful and she was very friendly. The clothes looked good; nothing stood out for us but the prices were pretty "typical" of a thrift store. Definitely cheaper than the usual Goodwill stores.It is not the best organized store and it's not where you come to find "anything" you need but rather whenever you're not looking for anything and have time to look through things. Some items looked old and maybe some not useful while others looked old and could be considered "vintage". Overall an okay place to at least check out at least once.”

“last chance Mercantile has been redone. It was fun before but it's really fun now and they have it organized so well you can always find gems there! Definitely has really good things. Just make sure you go once a week because things go in and out of there all the time, you will find some great bargains. Don't miss it!”
