“My AC unit gave out as the heat wave is approaching and our best guess was that I needed a new capacitor. I tried ordering the part on Amazon but that online merchant kept sending me the product with the wrong specs so I needed something FAST and REASONABLY PRICED. This place is amazing!
Their friendly staff was able to give me advice regarding my current part, if they had anything on hand, AND that they can test my current part to see if I did in fact need to replace it. A quick visit to the store and they were able to determine the faulty part and provide the new one to purchase. One hour later and our home is nice and cool.
Highly recommend using them before forking over $$$'s of dollars and, let alone, service visits that might take weeks to get.”

“My wife and I very recently purchased a new 48” Sub Zero from Friedmans Appliance. The decision of where to buy was a relatively easy decision. We had over the years, we had previously purchased high-end major appliances from Friedmans Appliance and were completely satisfied with the purchase, delivery, and installation process.
On the purchasing end of things, tyhis time we worked with Kambiz Iranmahd. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and informative about the various manufacturers and the features and options of the various products. He was a good listener, helpful in navigating the necessary paperwork, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
On the installation end of things, Kambiz coordinated with Marc Reed. Marc and his staff coordinated an install date. Marc and each of his install team were punctual, friendly, technically competent at their jobs, and they were professional. Marc was especially expert and experienced in planning for, preparing for and navigating the limited working space, complicated house layout, all while moving around 6,,000 plus pounds of refrigerator. I was particularly impressed with Marc and his team’s manipulation of the unit to go under our 81” height ceiling design features. I am convinced that it was Marc and his team that made for a successful and satisfying install. Marc assured appropriate install precautions were taken.

“I have been purchasing appliance parts from Ray for years. When something is not working, he is my go to. I recently hired him to come into my home and fix my oven. When I visited him at his shop to tell him what was happening with my oven he asked me a couple of questions and informed me of what he thought the problem was. Told me exactly what it was going to cost if it was indeed that problem. I hired him on the spot. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up. He actually called me to tell me he was on his way. He showed up with the correct part, tested my oven, and had it completely repaired within 40 minutes. I couldn't be happier. He is incredibly respectful, professional, and personable. at the same time. I would hire him again in a second.”

“I took my cherished 35 yr old Bernina 910 sewing machine into a local Sewing & Vacuum retail/repair location and was told it wasn't repairable; without opening it up, they suspected that the transformer was blown and replacement parts are not available. I was shown new machines to purchase but desperately wanted mine repaired. I went to another Sew & Vac retail/repair and they said I'd hear from their repair person within 2 weeks. “We visited on 7/10/23, looking for a length of flexible spa hose to finish setting up a hot tub in our backyard. We had already gone to one Home Depot and had issues. We located the hose in question, but wanted to buy per-foot, rather than an entire roll of hose. This was something they had a SKU for, but they didn't have 8 feet of loose tubing for us. Eventually, we took the roll up to check out and explained the situation to Sylvia. Other places might insist that we buy the entire roll. Instead, she stuck with us, and found Jose, who could do the cutting we needed.Thank you to Sylvia and Jose for going above and beyond in order to make it work. It took a little while to get the right people, but they didn't abandon us, and they made sure to keep with it until we had resolution.”
“Ive been shopping at this Concord store since it was on Monument Blvd., but I love the new location! I get everything from paint to furniture here at the Concord store. Most recently, I found a set of vintage bedroom dressers that were selling on Etsy and EBay for well over 1k each. I told the employees about the discrepancy between their cheap price and what they could get. Yet they ensured me that this cheaper price would benefit me and that was more important. The sales people literally scoured the store to find even more parts to the set. I was blown away by the service. The Employees are 100% the best part of this business at the Concord location. From the lady on the floor (I wish I got their names!!) to the young men in the warehouse in back who loaded our truck. They were thoughtful and kind and very deserving of a compliment and commendation.”
