“I went to this Bank of America financial Center today to make a purchase/order of exchange foreign currency. At the window, Jill was there helping me She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions. This is the best Band of America branch office I have ever been to! I used to go to B of A Moraga branch office, I had very bad experiences there and they lost my money from my CD account and I am still trying to get my money back. I really do not have much good feelings about B of A in general based on my past many years experiences dealing with B of A at the other branch offices. But today, I met Jilly at B of A Pleasant Hill branch office, she is so wonderful It made me think probably is not the problem of the bank itself, it could be the people I have been dealing with from the Bank of America.
