“We've been putting off replacing our floors since we moved into our house 9 years ago. I chose this company based on great reviews and location. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to securing services like this but Ryan and Wayne made it a breeze. We stopped in and met with Ryan one day, almost immediately picked out the floor we liked and scheduled measurements. Ryan let us take a huge sample home so we could get an idea of how it would look and he picked it up when he came out to measure. Wayne answered all my questions via email and ordered all the materials once we agreed to the quote. The flooring we chose wasn't the cheapest and the labor was close to the same amount, but all in all it was about what I expected and seemed reasonable. About 6 weeks later, an opening came up and the crew was at the house right on time, and they finished in 2 days! They were quick, thorough, respectful of our home, and polite. I was surprised there was no deposit required and I went to the store 2 days after the job was done to pay up. Had a problem with my card and Wayne was so patient and understanding. I felt bad having to delay payment, but thankfully I got the issue sorted and was able to pay that day. We are going to eventually have our 2nd floors done and I won't hesitate to call Wayne and Ryan for our next flooring project!”

Not a big deal. The the carpet arrived in Union city on time and he sent someone to go get it and install next day. A whole week early! Actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 10/10. It was no easy feat, between our furniture and the whole family's schedule. Chris and Patrick were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They worked with their installation crew to come up with some "outside of the box" solutions to specific needs we had with our stairs. Their crew was polite and hard working. When I found a tack sticking up, Patrick sent someone out the very next day to fix it.They sell different qualities of carpet, depending on your needs, and I was really happy to support a local business.”

“They took on my job and did a quick turnaround and accepted payment in escrow but the quality if the carpet is just so-so. I asked for carpet that wasn't "apt grade" as I was a contractor for a time and I know carpet but seems that's all they had for a quick install. So I took it. I will say the carpet looks great and I'm selling my home so not an issue but I know there are higher grades of carpet I could have gotten from Lowes or Home Depot at the same price. If you're in a hurry or just need a quick install these are your guys. They are just bit expensive for the quality of carpet.”
