“Ive been shopping at this Concord store since it was on Monument Blvd., but I love the new location! I get everything from paint to furniture here at the Concord store. Most recently, I found a set of vintage bedroom dressers that were selling on Etsy and EBay for well over 1k each. I told the employees about the discrepancy between their cheap price and what they could get. Yet they ensured me that this cheaper price would benefit me and that was more important. The sales people literally scoured the store to find even more parts to the set. I was blown away by the service. The Employees are 100% the best part of this business at the Concord location. From the lady on the floor (I wish I got their names!!) to the young men in the warehouse in back who loaded our truck. They were thoughtful and kind and very deserving of a compliment and commendation.”
“After searching everyplace for moulding to restore my 1910 house, finally someone told me about The Moulding Company. It's rare to find a building supplies business that is so well set up for customers. Inside is gorgeous. Each wall is partitioned into areas showcasing lavish amounts of moulding in every imaginable period and style. Makes you want to buy a lot and do your whole house like that! They have a wall of samples. There's an example on the outside of each compartment and samples to handle inside. So easy to envision the end result. You are welcome to take free samples home to decide on site to decide what works best for you. The prices are fair as well. My house is looking great!”

And we don't tend to worry about our cars being parked in their lot.
The only thing I don't like is the self check out.
Fact is it takes longer to check ourselves out and there's still a employee who helps and watches over everyone, when the employee could have taken care of everyone much faster as a cashier. I also believe that at some point these businesses who are doing self checkout are going to find more of a loss than the usuals and a waste and loss installing and paying for all the self checkout machines. I guess we'll see.”
“Rush hour (just after work) is pretty crazy here, but not too bad outside of peak hours. Had an awesome experience getting stain tinted. Lee was super nice and helpful, very experienced, and she showed me some of the codes on the stain computer to ensure I was getting the same tint. Highly impressed with her customer service and knowledge.”
“We are trying to buy some room divider door's and Eddie has been fantastic. We can't get any help for the next step in the process, we paid a deposit and then basically ghosted. We went back to the store and once again Eddie was great, he made several phone calls to different people while we sat there and he also introduced us to a gentleman who is part of the next step and still nothing. Eddie is doing everything he can we think he's great but the team around him is no help”
