“My husband’s dream was to one day take me to Shane Co. That dream finally came through after 18 years together. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the lovely Marissa Jones. We were there for a few hours and she stayed with us throughout our entire experience. Always with a smile on her face. My husband and I would go back and forth with what we wanted and she patiently listened and showed us so many options until we found the ONE!! Her knowledge, patience and kindness made our first Shane Co. experience one of a kind. I told her I’d name my new diamond after her. lol
When I went back to pick up my ring I was helped by Charan. Charan was also very kind and super helpful. I had a very odd and special request and Charan was able to come through. My second Shane Co. visit became just as incredible as the first.
