“It might sound silly but this is one of my favorite stores ever. I've been a regular customer forever. I was playing a video game here during the 89 earthquake and barely noticed before the machine almost tipped over. Being pretty close to the county hospital they have to deal with more than their fare share of of the mentally divergent and homeless which with they do with understanding and patience. The times that I am broke and really need something they have always had my back. It might not be fancy but they are honest and dependable. They have affordable quality products with a pretty decent selection. They are exactly what you should expect from your local corner convenient mart. Not the place to do your weekly grocery shopping but the perfect place to grab a few things you need on the way home.”

“Not a whole lot that's worth stopping for in Martinez except for the Buon Aroma Deli. I was helping out my pal Patch Garibaldi lay out the Caromneedles for his new Higgins-Popstarter and he said he'd spring for lunch. Well! As long as it's Buon Aroma, I'm all in!5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆”

He was so polite and well spoken. Additionally, he asked if he could check the shelf to make sure the item was in stock. I am over-the-moon impressed with this type of customer service. I’ve found telephone customer service to be less than welcoming in our general society practices. Thank you Nob Hill!”
