“Total Wine, and this particular store (I moved 3 hours away but still make the trip because it’s the best) have been my go-to for a long time. Traditionally the customer service has been good, but it has started to fall behind lately. Frank to the rescue! Frank made the extra effort that I miss. He listened to me, offered help and suggestions, then took initiative in a gentleman-like and professional manner. Well Done!”

Owner is awesome about keeping up with the latest generational trends. Ex: Baja Blasts, Prime, Truly, Celsius, Takis BIG LEAGUE CHEW!!!”

They bring many stock people to check and I appreciate that. They also work very hard. I appreciate all baggers - thank you from the bottom of my”
