“This is an old school tailor. He was very upfront and frank regarding my request, which I can respect. I walked in with 3 weeks to make a suit for a wedding. I am a LARGE guy but this gentleman pulled it off. He even made special suspenders for me, ensuring the suit looked perfect for me. He work really hard to make it work and he delivered on time. It was not cheap, but I appreciate him going above and beyond! Thanks to his long time assistant Susie as well. Great team!”

“Went there today for the first time for proclub sweats and other proclub products that they sell. The owners was nice and cool with me if I have to be honest. They helped me with getting certain merchandise that I need to purchase. In which the customer service is very good and not to shabby. If any of those who live in SoCal and feeling home sick during a vacation/ trip here in the bay this store is a go to spot. Also there’s good pricing on all stuff you need to purchase.”

“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“I needed an outfit for a western wear party in a short period of time. I found a wash "n" wear blouse in red with embroidery and a rose embroidered belt that looked great. I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”

“Had a great experience today at Untuckit in Walnut Creek. Isaiah opened the store promptly at 10am, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He brought out all the styles they had in my size, made recommendations as too what color shoes, and pants would go with the styles I picked out! Then once I was done selecting, he offed to steam the shirts for me! Great experience overall, will definitely be going back!”

“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

The only person who answered my call, and could reasonably accommodate my request, was Kelley here at Skillz Recognize Skillz - the turnaround time was within an hour and a half! Just because it was a rush order doesn’t mean it looks rushed either- great quality! I highly recommend this business and will remain a customer from here on out.”

“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. Between shipping and payment logistics, it wasn't the easiest transaction to coordinate, but Nikki totally took care of me.So big shout out to Nikki and kudos to Rodd and Gunn for doing an excellent job fostering great customer service. A wonderful showing of the best of New Zealand.”

The woman who was there that day helped us find different belt sizes, and let me try on boots. She was very kind and welcoming. Good prices, and amazing quality, quantity, and variety of items. This ended up locking the balance of my gift card due to their system. Hailey was so kind to call customer service for me to resolve the issue. Her efforts did not go unnoticed. 3 calls later and being on hold for 20+ minutes, we were finally able to unlock my funds and use my balance for my purchase.Afterwards, we decided to do more shopping.
