“Had to give my thanks to Store Manager, Jon Bryant, who helped me with sizing and exchanging to correct chelsea boots. I came in with the wrong size that I purchased on AE online on Friday evening, and Jon quickly measured my feet, explained what may be the issue(s), brought out two pairs to try out with one of a longer length and another of larger width, and process the exchange. I was in and out in less than 15 min. He was pleasant and knowledgeable expert to talk to too, which made the store visit a pleasure moment!”

“Pretty good stuff wish they had more Ben Davis shirts as they only had them in large and a fb county section would be dope as well but over all nice store lady's nice although I got charged 90 dollars for 2 pairs of pants and one shirt they charged me double on the shirt and charged me for shoe laces I didn't get over all I believe it was a mistake still will come back tho nothing to really cry about but good clothes nice prices good people ??”
“DSW does not get the recognition I feel that they deserve. I've been a DSW fan for years! This location at Gateway Plaza, I honestly have never shopped in person. I usually come to pick up an online order, try on and look over my new shoes, and leave with a huge smile on my face. See: like a kid in a candy store. :) The staff here are always courteous, greets me when I enter the store, and helpful if I have questions or need to place an online order. The store is clean and a nice sized location. Needless to say, I'll be back ...what girl doesn't love new shoes. Plus, I'm always earning rewards, which keeps me coming back. I brought in a pair of Allen Edmonds Chelsea boots that needed heel repair and polishing. The turnaround was just two days, and the results were excellent. The craftsmanship showed, and the boots looked as good as new.
One thing to note: this is a cash-only shop, and they require a deposit when you drop off your shoes. Just be sure to come prepared to avoid an extra trip.

“It’s the last of the stores in Bay Area. I visited here specially to get myself Playboi track suits and jacket but unfortunately I got to know that they have shipped it to another store.
Although the store was well maintained by the staff there, it was clean and everything was in the right place. I haven’t seen it like that earlier so I was very impressed, also the customer service by the two ladies there was excellent. She was courteous and helped me with the fitting room.
The prices here are very feasible like you get pajamas around $7-8 and there are jackets here and track pants around $12 and cute uggs duplicate for $10. In short a very reasonable shop.

“Received boots from DSW after placing an online order. When I received the package, the box came with no lid! The order was for a gift so I went to the store to see if the staff could provide a replacement box or even just a lid. They offered to pack it in a different box or if I could find a matching lid, then I could use it. With help from Brenda, the store manager, I was able to finally receive a replacement box. Thanks so much to Brenda! 5 stars to her!!”

Excellent parking available in the Walnut Creek Broadway Plaza mall Center, refined shopping center, quality boutiques, department stores, and eateries. Great for the whole family!”

“I'm someone who has never had a pair of jeans that I loved, but I've always wanted to have that perfect pair. I decided to give Madewell jeans a try because I'd heard they were cut well for different body types. (I have a small waist and bigger legs so I often have a waist gap or they are too tight in the thighs.) Jordan in the Walnut Creek location is so knowledgeable and patient and she helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for me. Not only do they fit great, but they are super soft and so comfortable. I tried on so many pairs and she helped me refine it down to the one that was perfect for me (the Perfect Vintage Wide Leg). Thanks Jordan!”

“I’ve been shopping at this clothing chain for years and years, I say at least 30 years. They have them in quite a few locations. They have one Napa, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and I do believe Moraga. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women and children, this is fascinating for a small chain. They actually have a teenager department for girls and two sections of the women’s department, one for the very mature woman. They even have a shoe section with a very good variety. Also Jewelry and purses. I forgot to mention on the woman’s side, they have undergarments and sportswear.
It truly is amazing the variety of clothing and other things they have in these stores. And the prices are decent. Don’t miss out is my suggestion.”
