“I moved last Friday, within the bay area, but a move is very stressful and exhausting wherever you go! Waters came out, saw how much needed packing and gave me a fair quote within 2 days. They also supplied 50 totes for me to start packing, which was invaluable. Day of move, they came on time and the crew was very good and very careful with my things. Would highly recommend!!”

“Sue and Mary are very patient and helpful on my first move-in day. Sue walked me to the storage unit and made sure it is the size and location I would like. One night I was in the storage unit with my flashlight. Mary came to show me where the light is so I don't have to move stuff in dark. The storage unit is easy to access with cars to load and unload. They are doing 70% off promotion, so it is very a good deal. Come to check it out!”

“I started planning an interstate move two months ago. The challenge was that I needed to pick up belongings from several different locations in California and then transport them to Texas. None of the movers wanted to even discuss it due to logistics issues. Fortunately, I was referred to Rusty. He proposed a detailed, quite reasonable and affordable plan. We worked out all the details while preparing for the move. Then, the move itself was very smooth. Rusty and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and paid close attention to all requests. Four days later, I was already in my new home in Texas, where all the main furniture had been reassembled by Pyramid Movers. I cannot say who could do this job better than Rusty.”

“Very happy experience at this Public Storage. Alex was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me as I looked around the property to find the right unit for my needs. Overall I’m very happy to be a customer here and would recommend it to anyone. I think that this Public Storage location has a better variety of facilities than many others I’ve visited. Highly recommend working with Alex! If you aren’t sure, don’t take my word for it just go in and see for yourself. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent customer service!!!! Moving has been stressful enough, but Tammi and Public Storage on Arnold made this process so easy! Tammi was amazing from the start. She told me where to park, took me up to my unit and gave me all the information and more that I needed. The climate controlled units are a lifesaver and I highly recommend this location.”

“Best movers we have ever had. Heath, Lawrence and Alejandro arrived on time, were friendly, had a positive attitude and were gentle with our furniture and boxes. At the end they asked us if we were satisfied where everything was. 5 stars for Anderson Bros Movers!”

“Rachel efficiently presented all the steps for sending application and documents, met us at the gate and guided us to our new parking spot. If only all business people were so welcoming and helpful. We have a good spot, easy to back into and plenty of room. Easy access to all points north and south. Well east and west too.”
