“A much smaller post office with only one worker in the front but you'll get the customer experience that is severely lacking at all the other nearby post offices. The postal worker today was amazing. She was very nice - explained everything with detail and patience when I had questions. This office is a little more out-of-the-way for me, but I'll be using it regularly.”

“Even though this is one of the smaller fedex locations, the customer service here is huge. I believe Megan is the store manager and she's always so sweet and helpful and patient with customers. The only drawback for me is there is no self service dropbox here, in which you can print your own receipts when you are just dropping off packages if you already have a shipping label. The other fedex locations that have these machines save so much time! But at least after waiting in a short line here you have friendly employees ready to help you!”

“I have never had a bad experience at this location. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. In fact I applaud them for working in such a challenging environment. Lack of leadership, at the top, (De Joy), covid, lack of employees, and long hours, have made a very difficult working situation for these people. I think them for their perseverance.”

“So I've been having a hard time getting my new passport as I have a special case of providing my citizenship since i'm a derived-citizen. I've been to the Concord Post office about 5 times and none of the staff there were helpful at all! They kept requesting documents that I already had, and said my expired green card was invalid? But doing research I'm actually able to use my card as proof- Now we then went to the post office here in Martinez since it was closer, and the experience was so much different than in Concord. Staff was kind and helpful, they actually knew about my special case and knew the rules, saying indeed my documents were all validated. It was all done in less than 10min. ! The person who helped us was named Reya and she was the absolute sweetest. She pretty much guided us through the entire process, so it was wonderful experience.”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”
