“I've used this shop on many occasions for various needs and have always had a good experience. Most recently we were out of town and they held some FedEx packages for us. We really appreciated them being willing to hold them an extra day for us.”

1155 Arnold Drive, Martinez CA 94553
“The store was remarkably clean and well lit. It feels comfortable walking in, and the employees are always attentive and pleasing. The vibe is that they seem to enjoy their job, the store is orderly and clean, and service was smooth. Way better than going to the post office or fedex. Those places are dirty and intense.”

1340 Arnold Dr, Martinez CA 94553
“Even though this is one of the smaller fedex locations, the customer service here is huge. I believe Megan is the store manager and she's always so sweet and helpful and patient with customers. The only drawback for me is there is no self service dropbox here, in which you can print your own receipts when you are just dropping off packages if you already have a shipping label. The other fedex locations that have these machines save so much time! But at least after waiting in a short line here you have friendly employees ready to help you!”

“I always have a great experience at this Rite Aid! The staff is friendly and super helpful, and they usually have everything I need in stock. I love the variety of products they offer, especially the seasonal items!”

815 Court Street, Martinez CA 94553
“I have never had a bad experience at this location. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. In fact I applaud them for working in such a challenging environment. Lack of leadership, at the top, (De Joy), covid, lack of employees, and long hours, have made a very difficult working situation for these people. I think them for their perseverance.”

“Applying for my son's passport here was a breeze. Filled out all the details online and came here with right set of documents and took the photo at the facility. Overall it took 15 minutes at the facility and received the passport in 4 weeks.”
