“Sue Ann could tell I was having issues with my laptop and was struggling to send my paperwork to print and go and she offered to help. I was so stressed I cried and Sue Ann took care of it for me. I traveled 2 hours to submit paperwork to the water district and they didnt accept my first print. Sue Ann saved me another 4 hour turn around trip.
