“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”

“Say what you want, but with radioshack and Fry's electronics gone. This is the last bastion for in-store purchases. Fry's radio shack we're the only places where you could get things like diodes resistors and PCB components, adapters, wires and special connectors. Those are gone, if you want something you need to order it online now. You can't get it the same day because there are stores selling electronic parts left. They are all gone. Goodbye to an era. ”

She assisted us and got us an adapter plus HDMI to keep the tablet charged and connected without interruptions. Thank you Ashley and Best Buy for having knowledgeable employees!”

“I tried installing a new cpu by myself but forgot to update the bios. I didn’t want to do the work so I called. The person is very responsive and is knowledgeable. Service was also pretty quick. My pc was fixed within a day and I’m happy. Overall I highly recommend this place for repairs and diagnostics!”

“Thank you Andrew for replacing the screen on my MacBook Air. I had physical damage to the LCD screen. It was ready for me to pick up the next day, where as other computer repair shops I called (including the Apple store) would have it ready in 7 days or more, for literally more than double to price. Not only is he reliable, but the professionalism is to another level!! Not only was he able to fix my cash register, but get me out of a jam by letting me use a loaner while he fixed mine!My register suddenly turned off and would not turn back on- and when it did it only stayed on for a few minutes without any display.
