“Went in to have my ps5 repaired since the image wasn’t popping up they opened it and fixed the gpu ?. I’m giving them 4 stairs because I had to take it back because when I received my console back the first time it was cutting out pretty bad but I provided proof of it not working and since the warranty with them covered the repair they took it back and repaired it. My console works flawlessly now and I am grateful for not needing to purchase a new one or blow over 200$ Thank you!!”

They explained it would be cost efficient to replace my laptop instead of fixing and due to the time I had, we decided to replaced and it they charge a fair price to transfer everything from my old to my new laptop. “I had an issue trying to install a secure reboot for Battlefield 6. Accidentally fumbled with some other settings and my pc wouldn’t even turn on. Jose knew right away what had to be done. Super professional and really knowledgeable (and I built my own pc). Fixed my issue and saved my hide and the price could not have been more reasonable. Great service great professionalism.
