I can’t say enough great things about our experience with George at the Los Altos Mattress Firm. We came in on Black Friday and he absolutely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy-going the entire time — even when we were literally jumping on a bunch of mattresses in the store trying to figure out what felt right! ?
George took the time to walk us through every option, explain the differences, and make sure we made the right decision for our comfort and sleep needs. On top of that, he hooked us up with a fantastic discount beyond the Black Friday promotion, which made the deal even sweeter.
Customer service like this is rare. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you sleep better — ask for George. He turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a fun and easy experience. Highly recommended!”

“Our experience with Mancini’s was effortless. We walked in, told them what we were looking for and our budget, and were shown samples to try. We decided on a slightly higher than our budget mattress but they looked to see if there was a mattress that had a cosmetic flaw which they did so we were able to get a discount. After that, it was 1,2,3 and out the door! Delivery guys were excellent too!”

“I like this furniture store as much as I like Macy's in general. They sell all kinds of furniture from dining tables to bedroom sets and sectionals. People who work here are friendly and are interested to make a sale. Another reason why I like the store is there area rugs section and mattress section. Both have great choices to choose from. Prices in the store are not the lowest but are not the highest in the Bay area. Highly recommended.”
