Joey was very helpful. Despite my order having some warehouse & delivery challenges, I still happily give 5-stars because of his proactive customer service.

We had a very positive, no-pressure and informative experience at Mancini's in San Mateo. Neal was friendly and helpful without being overbearing and we were able to make informed decisions without feeling pressured to get something more expensive, which we appreciated.
