“Traveling and needed a prescription refill…should have been easy, but got complicated by my insurance and found out they wouldn’t cover my prescription refill while out of state. When we learned the cost would be over $250+ without insurance I was flabbergasted. Jasmine at the pharmacy went out of her way to help me find a discount online with good rx. She was patient and kind and offered to refund me the $250 I paid and then I went online and found over $150 savings with Good rx. She made my day! Within hours the incredible person I worked with (so sorry I’ve forgotten her name) helped me get formula and was just so friendly and helpful! “My friend and I have been looking for a skincare item that has been out of stock at all drug stores for the past week. We came to the Sharon park cvs location three times and every time we were told that the product was in the back but not on shelves yet and that we should come back the following day. On the fourth day, Gabriel Gonsavles was the first employee to make an effort to help us look for the product while maintaining a very kind and welcoming demeanor and still helping other customers in the self check out line. He spent over 15 minutes double tasking and trying to help us. Although we did not end up finding the product we much appreciated his kind genuine efforts. This man deserves a raise! - Carmen and Kaillah :)”

“I like this Safeway, it's big and brightly lit and has great variety. They used to have plant-based spaghetti at the Ready to Eat section. They haven't in a while. I wish they did for us vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian folks. No complaints, just a request - please carry plant-based spaghetti again.”

“I've been to this pharmacy once a month for the last year.Like any pharmacy, there's usually a line.The folks who work here have always been kind and effective at communicating.The immense amount of regulation on the pharmacy industry means that when something doesn't meet the expectations of customers, the pharmacy staff can't really do much to fix it.I was initially put off by the pharmacy's low reviews, but I don't think the currently 1.9 star rating is a fair measure of the folks who work at the pharmacy.This is as good as a pharmacy can be. 5 stars”

“I needed to get medication from the pharmacy. Unfortunately they were closed, I went to try to start my car, and it did not start.. I ended up having to leave it in the Walgreens parking lot. I called Walgreens and I got this really nice assistant Manager named " Johnathan".. he made sure to put a note on my Car, so it would not get Towed until I pick it up tomorrow.. his customer service skills were incredible.. I would highly recommend this store!!”
