“This pharmacy is good. They deserve a shoutout. The pharmacist doing vaccines is amazing, she’s so patient with kids and with me asking too many questions. The weekday folks are great at sorting my complicated prescriptions for both submitting in a way that makes it easy with health insurance and with working with my brand preferences. I have spent so much time in pharmacies and have never seen a complete block on Medicaid or insurance hold up this Walgreens’ line. They get the standard after work rush, but it goes pretty smoothly.

“I had to share this experience because it truly meant a lot to me.
I’m a regular at Walgreens, and I enjoy couponing. It takes time and effort to plan deals and organize paper coupons, but lately I’ve had experiences at other stores where I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience just for using them. In fact, just yesterday, I was told I shouldn’t use coupons because I should feel sorry that the store wasn’t making enough sales. I left feeling embarrassed.
Today was different.
I forgot to hand over my paper coupons before the first transaction was finished, and although the cashier couldn’t go back and apply them, she kindly said, “I want you to enjoy using your coupons.” For my next transaction, she patiently waited until I had everything ready before continuing.
That may sound like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Instead, she made me feel like a valued customer. Her patience and kindness completely changed my day.
To the cashier who helped me today july 13th 2026 at 1:20 pm thank you. You reminded me that great customer service isn’t just about completing a transaction; it’s about making people feel welcome and respected. Walgreens is lucky to have someone like you.”

“I was very glad that Jiaqi Li, M.D. addressed all the issues that I brought up. I neglected to bring up one of the issues which I discovered when I went home, and I wrote on my Health to her. It was about the fact that one of the letters for jury duty had not been effective because of some specific regulations by my City and County for excusing from jury duty. She has yet to respond, and one of the letters did not make it to my letters file in my health. (I think her assistant is working on that other letter.) I’m sorry, but I forgot to bring it up because my home is rather unorganized, and the jury duty notice was buried under some other paperwork.”
“I usually will find myself walking to this location to pick up meds from the pharmacy. The times I drop by vary but usually it may be weekday mornings or weekends. And there is usually no line or there is maybe one person in front. After your turn, The process of picking up meds is relatively fast and easy like "bang bang .. 6-4-3 .. two ... double play"”

David helped me transfer my medication from another CVS location, and he handled the entire process quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was his patience—he took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about my medications without rushing.
He was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which made the entire interaction feel welcoming and trustworthy. It’s rare to encounter this level of customer service.

“This Pal Alto location is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been used. They answer the phone, have short or no lines, they proactively alert me to issues and call me back, they put in extra effort to get everything taken care of, working with doctors and insurance to make sure I get what I need when I need it. And they are universally nice.
So far superior to every other chain pharmacy, this is the only place to go.”
