“Great, small shop that has a lot of nice pieces. I wasn't expecting to find anything, but there's a big selection. The demo shopping was older, but they have perfect business casual and timeless clothes for any age. The pricing is very reasonable; the tops I purchased were $10-$25. They also have designer jewelry in glass cases.”

“I visit this store very often. It has the best concept of reuse and recycle great for the environment. I have always given my kids clothes , toys to this store and in return purchased other items with the store credit. The store is very neatly maintained and very organized. The owner is super nice and friendly. Everyone should check this store out and support this local business.”

I also really appreciated the level of security. With security stationed at the front door managing entry and exit, I felt completely safe bringing in high-value items. If you’re looking for a secure, professional place to sell or consign luxury pieces, I highly recommend this location.
On top of that, they have an amazing selection unique items I haven’t seen at other locations. This Palo Alto store is officially my home location, and I will definitely be back.

“I call this the "high end thrift shop". You can find some nice things but kind of overpriced most of the time. I grew up on second hand stores and very aware of pricing. Most people who shop at thrift stores are on a limited budget, like myself. Sadly cannot always afford some of the items due to overpricing. I realize it goes to a good cause but still disappointing since everything is donated after all.”
