“The new store moved to a smaller location opposite on the street of the original store. I have purchased items from the previous store and I enjoyed the space they had there. The new store feels less airy and the lights are not the best. So I was first quite stressed looking around or even stepping into the new space.
Despite all this the team is really doing the best service from the helpful lady taking in my consignment items to Erica who helped me with my bag purchase. It is a beautiful bag for a memorable occasion in my marriage. Erica was very helpful to locate the bag and she let me try it on and check all the details you can't see online from that few photos and scarce description. So the exceptional personal service of the team working at the physical store really making up for the company's problematic aspects (bad store space renting decisions, lack of proper item descriptions online and white overexposed photos).
After deciding on the bag I wanted my husband to see it but because of the street party outside we couldn't find any parking space in the area. Erica was really kind and told me to come back later and she was going to keep the bag on hold for us. This did the magic and after having some food and finding a suitable parking spot we were able to purchase the bag with Erica's assistance. I am grateful for the lovely experience, thank you Erica!”

Not only were the clothes very unique and fashionable, the prices were also very reasonable.The staff were very kind and helpful as well. “I visit this store very often. It has the best concept of reuse and recycle great for the environment. I have always given my kids clothes , toys to this store and in return purchased other items with the store credit. The store is very neatly maintained and very organized. The owner is super nice and friendly. Everyone should check this store out and support this local business.”

“I call this the "high end thrift shop". You can find some nice things but kind of overpriced most of the time. I grew up on second hand stores and very aware of pricing. Most people who shop at thrift stores are on a limited budget, like myself. Sadly cannot always afford some of the items due to overpricing. I realize it goes to a good cause but still disappointing since everything is donated after all.”
“Great, small shop that has a lot of nice pieces. I wasn't expecting to find anything, but there's a big selection. The demo shopping was older, but they have perfect business casual and timeless clothes for any age. The pricing is very reasonable; the tops I purchased were $10-$25. They also have designer jewelry in glass cases.”
