“I got amazing service. The guy who helped me purchase the unit over the phone was so nice and walked me through everything. When I went to my unit for the first time the office staff was really kind and helpful. She was not normally assigned to that office but was super friendly, helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use the lock. I highly recommend Extra Space storage to others =) <3”

“Joyce Van Lines out of Redlands, CA moved us twice. Once in 2025 and just last month in July of 2026. Both were interstate moves. We had such an excellent experience the first time, that I reached out to our driver from Oct of 2025 and while he wasn't driving any longer, he connected me with the Redlands office, and I dealt with Merle and Colette who handle our quote and got us scheduled with absolute efficiency. This time around we had Chris as our Driver, and his work partner Luis helped him do the entire move and they were true professionals. They treated us with respect and kindness, communicated throughout the entire move as it related to arrival and transit times, and simply made what we all know to be a very stressful time in life, rather calm. Joyce has incredible assets in Chris and Luis and also the Redlands office. It is very rare that you can say movers exceeded your expectations, but that is exactly what Joyce did for us, TWICE! Thank you for your efforts and your professionalism. We highly recommend Joyce for any move you might be considering.”

“Great Staff and Cleanliness
Been using this since 2020 with my boyfriend and have truly enjoyed keeping our stuff here. Meghan and Lilliana are superb staff at this location. We did move out of the city for a year and used another storage company, but it definitely was not the same. When we decided to move back, we immediately agreed to use StorQuest at this Loma Linda location because we’ve had such a good experience with Meghan. I also see security and the staff clean often when we’re here which is lovely to see. And every-time there has been an issue with the gate, they have done a great job of getting it fixed quickly. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to store your items.”

“This is a nice self-storage lot with some room for outdoor wheeled vehicle storage. The only bump is that renting a spot is more complicated than it needs to be, especially if one is trying to rent storage for a 501(c)-type corporation.”

“Had storage here about a year. The manager, Omar, is very helpful and accessible. When I needed help with the door opening he was attentive to the problem. They work with you if there's any concerns. The supplies are also very competitively priced and convenient, much better than having to drive around and get your lock or furniture coverings. Recommend!”
