“Ferguson Plumbing Supply (Merced, CA,) is amazing. I was looking for a specific Price-Pfister ceramic shower valve cartridge that none of the local big box hardware stores seemed to carry (go figure). I called Ferguson, and they not only knew exactly which cartridge I was looking for, but they also had several in stock. When I arrived at Ferguson they had the cartridge waiting for me at the checkout counter. The price of the cartridge was even lower than the price at the big box store would have been, had they had the part in stock. Now that is what I call customer service. I definitely recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply for all of your plumbing needs.”
“Señor Antonio fixed my parents refrigerator that had stopped working. He went out to there house in Livingston and checked it out. And was fast at figuring out the issue. Told us there was a chance to fix it. Unless otherwise we replace it. So we went with him fixing it. And that he did right away. My parents and I couldn't be happier. He was honest and fixed there fridge right. It's been working like new since. I recommend his services. Him and his wife Laura are awesome people.”

“So I had to visit the Merced, CA store. To make an exchange with my partner and was pleasantly surprised. Since moving to the Central Valley from Hollywood I find myself comparing the stores that I had been a loyal customer to for the last 30+ years. And I was thankful when stepping into the store after being somewhat culture shocked after the move. I honestly thought this is cool. Obviously not the square footage of a big city store like some in the LA area or Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Atwater village etc. locations, but for the nice layout, helpful staff clean restrooms and nice parking lot. Wasn't ridiculously crowded. And honestly got the help we needed in good time. Would've or could've been in and out but I'm one of people that is somewhat of a electronics nerd. And I just HAVE to hit every aisle exploring the newest gadgets. Explaining to whomever is brave enough to enter a store like this with me why this is cooler than that or how excited I am about a new product. So yeah 5 stars”
