I was looking for a specific Price-Pfister ceramic shower valve cartridge that none of the local big box hardware stores seemed to carry (go figure). I called Ferguson, and they not only knew exactly which cartridge I was looking for, but they also had several in stock. When I arrived at Ferguson they had the cartridge waiting for me at the checkout counter. The price of the cartridge was even lower than the price at the big box store would have been, had they had the part in stock. Now that is what I call customer service. I definitely recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply for all of your plumbing needs.”

“i went to Home Depot the other day and this employee named Jim was so awesome. He went above and beyond to help me. He seen that I was on crutches and I wasn't able to carry the item I needed to buy. He offered & he also was nice enough to carry to my car. Three other employees walked right by me didn't ask to help or if I'm looking for anything. Before Jim came by I told myself I will take picture of the barcode of the item I wanted & go home & order it to have it delivered. All I can say is I appreciate the customer service that he gave me. He saved me time by assisting me. They need more employees like him. Thank You Jim!!!!!”

“I had a service call thru my property management on my fridge and Santiago was so helpful he explained that I may need a new fridge but he will try his best to fix it himself so it will not run me more. He called a few people and ended it up fixing and it has been working great ever since . Well months later my washer stopped working it was stuck on the rinse cycle . So I called the store and they came to look at it and explained it was a certain part and he told me a price which I was expecting it to be more so I was excited when he told he him price . We got it to work and then boom 7 days later same issue I was upset and irritated called them up and they were calm with me and explained they would send someone out immediately and fix the issue . They were so professional with me and fixed it for me . Thank you guys again .”

Told us there was a chance to fix it. Unless otherwise we replace it. So we went with him fixing it. And that he did right away. My parents and I couldn't be happier. He was honest and fixed there fridge right. It's been working like new since. I recommend his services. Him and his wife Laura are awesome people.”
