“10/1/21 Painted and remodeled guest bathroom . Paint is very durable like the exterior paint we painted the house with and has eliminated moisture buildup on the ceiling , very pleased. Updated 8/5/21 : Picked out some paint for our guest bathroom that we are remodeling and other items need to paint. Lisa , who was helpful when we painted the House , was there again to help us out and provided exceptional Customer Service once again! I highly recommend !! 7/ 17/21 : Purchased samples of Tried and True Blue , Hollywood Starlet , and Warm White for our Home and decided to go with those colors to paint the house . Quality paint, great friendly Service at this location . Go see “em !”
“I stopped by Lowe’s around 9pm today to get a Key made, You have to have an associate use their key cutter machine, and the two representatives that were nearby. Didn’t have the code after waiting for a while patiently, I tried to self assist key machine that wanted to charge me $13 and ship it to me which I thought was ridiculous so I went back to the original representative. I talked with she tried helping me then. Lua asked an employee who was already off work to help me because I have been waiting for a while. I just wanted to say thank you to lua For not just saying it’s not my job or there’s nobody here to do that for you. He asked somebody to help me. He took care of it. I appreciated his Customer Service. He needs to be recognized for this and the other gentleman‘s name. “I needed a tool to open a cleanout, and they had what I needed, and were very helpful on the phone when I initially called. They even had me send a pic of the cleanout plug to make sure they had what I needed. Very helpful and friendly. I'll be visiting again soon!”
“I was here on 8/19 very early in the morning and received amazing service from Landon. I was desperately in need of appliances after receiving multiple delays from other retailers and was at this point extremely stressed out. Landon went above and beyond to help me get the exact appliances I wanted and walked me through every step of the ordering process to ensure I fully understood all the policies and expectations.
