“I don't write a lot of reviews, in fact it's probably been years since my last one, but I have to give a Big Shout Out to Rob Melia and the rest of the staff at Ferguson's in Corte Madera. I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. If you need anything to do with plumbing supplies, I'm happy to give my unconditional recommendation to them--you won't be disappointed.”

“This review is for Ani, the young woman who helped me purchase a new laptop on Friday, May 9. I hope that a manager or supervisor from the Harrison Street store in San Francisco actually reads this as I think Ani, who I understood to be a fairly new employee, deserves high praise. She provided excellent help in walking me through different features about various laptops I was considering and patiently answered my long list of prepared questions. She was very kind as well since I have mild cognitive impairment from a coma a few years ago and needed her to repeat things so I could thoroughly and confidently understand what she was telling me. Ani was easy-going and friendly (we even joked about the spelling of her name which matches the lead character of "Anora") and made the job of buying a new laptop very easy. I so want her manager/supervisor to know how pleased I was with her service and how highly I recommend her to others. Unfortunately, Best Buy never sent me an email or phone link to their online customer survey. The Best Buy app was not helpful and the online virtual assistant was worse, having me chase my tail as they kept sending me to review the product but not the service despite me repeatedly emphasizing exactly what I was trying to do. So this is why I'm writing here on Yelp and hoping that a manager/supervisor will see this review. While I am deeply frustrated by the app and online virtual assistant service, I have to say my last three interactions with the in-store personnel at Best Buy in the last month have been very positive and pleasant. Everyone I've dealt with is obviously making a real effort to counter the bad reviews and providing a good job of doing so.”

“I can't say how happy I am that I bought most of our fixtures for our bathroom remodels from Keoki and Ferguson on Valencia. We have been through MONTHS of construction where we have needed to purchase EVERYTHING. Keoki was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed PARTICULARLY the stuff we didn't know we needed! We did buy a few things from other vendors and their customer service was nowhere near as good as Ferguson. When one of the ventilation fans we purchased stopped working a few weeks after installation, Keoki made sure we had another one coming to us STAT, literally a few days, so it arrived before our electrical inspection!”
“I've not been to Home Depot in quite a few years. Today, I walked through the doors, I noticed how organized this location was. I had a quick look around and realized, I needed help with not only answering a few questions about toilets, but getting the toilet I ultimately chose to the cash register. I found a gentleman named Brock, who answered all my questions about what they had in stock. He also helped with the handle for the shower. I felt like a VIP working with this man who ultimately asked for extra assistance from David, his coworker to put it in my car. Come to find out, Brock was the manager of this location. Thank you so much Brock and David for making my experience at Home Depot pleasant!”
“Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. He's the kind of professional that we all deserve! Thanks Juan!”

“I've been coming here to this location for the past 7 years. A few years ago the customer service wasnt great, downright super frustrating 3 years ago at the customers returns and online purchase pickup/returns desk; because the employees were a bit disinterested and unmotivated. In the past 2 years theres a notable improvement on the customer service at checkout area and at the returns desk. Employees are more attentive and better trained.
+++Theres a great employee, name unknown, running the tool aisle #15, he was working on fathers day early morning - kudos to him for being knowledgeable, interested and diligent in helping me find ryobi tools.
+++Stephon in the parking lot is excellent! He goes above and beyond in wrangling dolleys/carts and working hard to help customers load and unload materials. Stephon, withoout solicitation, noticed my brother Ioading 20ft pieces of lumber and literally jogged over to help him out. A+!
There could be a few more employees in the store aisles helpimg customers, and another floater employee on the returns desk when the line gets above 4 people waitimg in line.

He visited the store to separately purchase the product which would cost us around $200, but Zachary came to our salvation.
He was generous enough to kind us with the product and offer us the same at absolute no cost. And the attachment works fantastic.
