He visited the store to separately purchase the product which would cost us around $200, but Zachary came to our salvation.

He was generous enough to kind us with the product and offer us the same at absolute no cost. And the attachment works fantastic.

Zachary was extremely courteous and handed us the right tool, can’t thank him enough. We would definitely recommend visiting the store with any Dyson related purchases and Zachary will help you right to it.”

My laundry equipment arrived in a delivery truck that looked like a painted over Uhaul. Installers were in a hurry and couldn’t get out of here fast enough (for both of us). A foot from the wall, push it back please?well, ok. How about centering it in the room?well,ok. Could you possibly level them up to be the same height?well,ok..
When you disconnect the old equipment, maybe you should close the valves first, ya think?nope

The equipment related to this order is in a landfill!
2 years and the washer flooded my laundry room, a bedroom and hallway. Water distribution manifold failed.. $400 out of warranty repair only to discover the motor was ruined as well. Out of stock of course, with this delay and extended expenses the decision was clear. 5 weeks without equipment Home Depot to the rescue with my original equipment choice installed in 3 days.. perfect!
A zero star review from the beginning with deceptive title to get attention to help someone else.
Sales and delivery aside, electrolux equipment and support stinks.

When I visited the Ferguson (San Rafael) store with a potential warranty issue with a Pfister product that left me and my family without a working shower in our tiny 2b/1ba house.

Not only did Claudia M. Listen carefully to my issue, she also identified the specialty part that wasn’t listed on Pfister’s website, called her local rep to see if the individual part could be gotten and under warranty replacement, and arranged for me to pick up the parts the next day. I’m floored that was able to receive such comprehensive customer service in the retail world we find ourselves in.

Needless to say, it’s a day and a half later and my shower is as good as new and I’ll be back for any more bathroom or kitchen needs.”

I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. If you need anything to do with plumbing supplies, I'm happy to give my unconditional recommendation to them--you won't be disappointed.”

“I've not been to Home Depot in quite a few years. Today, I walked through the doors, I noticed how organized this location was. I had a quick look around and realized, I needed help with not only answering a few questions about toilets, but getting the toilet I ultimately chose to the cash register. I found a gentleman named Brock, who answered all my questions about what they had in stock. He also helped with the handle for the shower. I felt like a VIP working with this man who ultimately asked for extra assistance from David, his coworker to put it in my car. Come to find out, Brock was the manager of this location. “I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!

Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!

“Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. He's the kind of professional that we all deserve! Thanks Juan!”
