Within minutes, Robin himself helped me figure out what was going on, and he referred me to an auto body place nearby to get it fixed. “For the last 10 years I have been a dealership only girl. Oil changes, tune-ups, major and minor services the whole nine yards. For all my loyalty to the dealership, when my car needed real work I was abandoned; I was told to buy a new engine or a new car at full price. A family friend told me about Neuhaus and after having gone there now with 2 separate vehicles for different major issues they have changed my entire outlook on customer service, automotive repair, and competency. With regard to their customer service, when I arrived I felt immediately taken care of, there was no unnecessary waiting, there was no red tape, and everyone was on top of their game doing what they do best. I really got the feeling that they were there for me...not the paycheck. I'm not a mechanical engineer, car repair is not my thing; what I do know is women tend to get ripped off, and I'm a woman. At the dealership, I felt I had to take their word at face value; if they told me something was wrong I had to believe them. Neuhaus on the other hand, provided regular updates on the progress, findings, and even sent me pictures to help me understand what they were talking about. An attendant telling me a bypass valve is corroded vs an attendant showing me a picture of a corroded bypass valve and telling me I might want to get that fixed are 2 different things entirely. The epitome of the Neuhaus experience, however, is Suzanne! She is amazing. Knowledgeable, honest, and unwavering in her due diligence to serving the customers. As a woman I am really happy I found a place with another woman with her experience, her expertise, and her desire to see the best outcome for her customers. Her level of competence is unmatched, not only in the automotive industry, but across the board. “I ordered service 6/27/2019 to have my vehicle transported from WA to UT. It was assigned for transport on 7/09/2019. I have my car on 7/11/2019 and it is working fine and has not a scratch on it. I did have quite the wait to get it assigned but I do understand that it takes a while to find a driver headed on this route. I was patient. If someone is dependent upon getting it fast, you would need to pay for the faster service. I got the economical service and am ok with my results. My driver was very personable and careful and helpful. He drove from Renton, WA to Utah County and had more than my vehicle. I was appreciative of his positive attitude and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the service. I did give four stars because of the statement of when my vehicle would be assigned not lining up with what actually happened but overall, I'm very pleased with this transaction.”

“I always drive by this spot and decided to give them a try for a routine oil change. Bradley was my main tech, and Damian assisted. Bradley was extremely kind - and the pair were super efficient. Sometimes navigating car repairs - even routine small tune up’s - can feel intimidating - but Bradley instilled trust and helped to offer things I might need without pressuring me to do anything. I was in and out in under 30 minutes - and will definitely will be returning for all my future oil changes!”
“Super quick and fast! I called in for a price. The guy game me the price out the door which I like. I hate when I call into places and I asked for a service and then they say X amount plus tax. Like how am I suppose to calculate my own tax. Come on now! Guy quoted me 30 minutes. I was in and out right before the 30 minute mark. Only downside is that it is located on a super busy street and shares the same lot as the Arco gas station. It's a pain to get in that lot! And we all know that Arco is like the Walmart of the gas stations so you get a little bit of crazies there sometime. Haha”
“Wilson, the manager, welcomed us with great respect. We had lost the serpentine belt installed by ANOTHER Jiffy Lube 2 weeks earlier, on our trip north to San Francisco. I had the car towed to the shop and he assured me that he would get the correct belt on and have it installed asap. As it turns out, the incident also drain my battery, so Wilson got us the appropriate battery to replace ours.Kudos to the District Manager for having Wilson as your face in the Marketplace.”
