We met with Albert and he gave EXCELLENT customer service and we made him do many various things from opening a business banking account( he explained so much about the different kinds), going into a safe deposit box, ordering cards and checks,etc. He went above and beyond and that is exactly the kind of service I like and the way I expect successful businesses to be run and the kind I give to my customers as well all through my life!
