This week, I decided to walk in for a transition, and honestly, I enjoyed it.
It was Friday, and this branch was a little crowded, but everyone was working efficiently with their customers.
I only waited for like 4 mins and went to the counter.
Jay was very kind and friendly. He welcomed me politely, and since it was a hot day, he asked if I needed water.
Now who does that these days?
He took care of my payments quickly and kept smiling during the said thank you!
Honestly, we often miss human contact with each other and avoid each other as much as we can.
I left very happy, and this branch is surely lucky to have an employee like Jay.
