“Eduardo is a great employee. I was on my way out to watch my nephew play baseball and it's an hour away and all of a sudden my check engine light came on and my car was making a horrible sound. It is very old. I turned around and went straight to O'Reilly because I remembered that they could hook up their machine to let you know what is wrong with the engine. I'm so glad I did. Eduardo helped me so much, he didn't have to do what he did but, he did! He told me what the problem was, he even did some research on his cell phone to figure it out on my particular make and model and he had one part left in stock, which was an ignition coil and he offered to help me put it in as well. I couldn't appreciate it more! I had to go back and give him a gift card because I was so appreciative. Great service, thanks again, Eduardo!”

“I stopped by for a quart of oil. A youngish kid was happy to help. During our conversation Fred had been listening and was quick to look-up the type of oild the car uses. He suggested the type of oil my car took and look up the weight my car needed. He was very courteous and patient. He even helped me by putting it in the car himself. During these times of people wanting to do the bare minimum, it was refreshing to get the type of customer service at the level of days gone by.”

“O’Reilly Auto on El Camino Real in SSF help me out. My car battery gave out going home I was able to drive to O’Reilly Auto. Parked my car then battery was completely died on me. Valentino at O’Reilly was a great help & providing great customer service. Valentino explained the difference between one battery from others. He installed a new battery & within an hour I was on my way home.Valentino provided great customer service. I will return to O’Reilly Auto Parts for other purchases.”

“Just had a great experience this morning with Peninsula Battery. My car battery completely crapped out so I needed a mobile delivery/installation. Daniel helped me on the phone and coordinated everything for me with his driver. Once I met with the driver, he was able to put in my battery very quickly and send me on my way. BUT, I always get attentive service , and when all the auto parts stores were closed one night, I unexpectedly decided, as a last resort, to look for a nut for my bike flange absolutely knowing they wouldn't carry just nuts, BUT THERE THEY WERE! “For the second time in a row, I received customer service that was over and above anything I could have asked for. The first time, I had Jarrod’s help, and this time I was fortunate to have Gabriel helping me. I needed coolant and just thought I could walk in, purchase it, and pour it into my car myself. Gabriel, in order to give me the best information, followed me out to my car with a flashlight and saw that I did need coolant. He also said he was going to research it and that he would be right back. He checked with a mechanic friend of his and told me that it was too dangerous for me to top off the coolant myself. He said the car needed to be absolutely cold to the touch, and that if I took it across the street first thing in the morning to the Firestone place, they could do it, and for free!!! He was absolutely correct, he saved me from potentially getting burned, and he saved me $20.00 by not purchasing the coolant at O’Reilly’s!!!!! I will always return to this Millbrae O’Reilly’s for everything car related. Period.”
