She told us exactly what we needed and assisted us with how to go about filling out a prescription. The store was full of people and as we were leaving the line seem to be growing. However, we didn't wait too long and the customer service definitely made up for it.”

My dad's prescriptions were sent to a wrong pharmacy, however I was not able to get it transfer due to insurance issue, I called Safeway and Judy picked up the phone, she didn't only help me to solve my prescriptions problem by calling different parties, on top of that, she also provided various options for me in order to avoid the problem to happen again.
