“I don't usually write review, but I feel like to write a review to thank Judy, she is so far the most helpful and patient pharmacist I have ever met. My dad's prescriptions were sent to a wrong pharmacy, however I was not able to get it transfer due to insurance issue, I called Safeway and Judy picked up the phone, she didn't only help me to solve my prescriptions problem by calling different parties, on top of that, she also provided various options for me in order to avoid the problem to happen again. I didn't expect to get this outstanding customer service from a pharmacy.. Thank you Judy again!”

“Went in to grab some ibuprofen and ask the pharmacist some questions. The pharmacist was informative and helpful. She told us exactly what we needed and assisted us with how to go about filling out a prescription. The store was full of people and as we were leaving the line seem to be growing. However, we didn't wait too long and the customer service definitely made up for it.”

“I was booked for covid booster at another Walgreens that kept putting me on hold on the phone (six times!) without letting me even acknowledge them and saying they would have the vaccine in stock but then didn't ever end up getting it the day I was scheduled. Since my appointment there didn't work and they were booked out for over a week, I found an opening at this one in Milbrae, and the pharmacy staff and pharmacist were very courteous and organized. They did have it in stock, they only put me on hold once. I went midday, and several people were there for their booster shots - but the staff was organized and solid about it, considering the circumstances. Do I think this is the best drug store ever? No. But for something like this, especially compared to the other Walgreens that strung me along, I am appreciative.”

“Very nice store...everything in tip top shape.It has been awhile since I have shopped at Walgreens - has been a favorite for years - and, there are none in our neighborhood.I was taken aback by the prices.I made a purchase - mis-read the "sale" promo/ price and was taken aback.The clerk was very gracious.
