“Prescriptions are filled quickly and you can actually get someone on the phone, way better than some of the nearby chains such as Rite-Aid where I've had issues in the past.Only two minor things that can easily be fixed:- I would love to see them install bike parking with how close this pharmacy is to residents and the bike trail.- A clerk opened the stapled bag of my prescription, to "make sure everything was in there" while checking out, which can feel invasive with other customers around. I would have preferred she let me check discreetly.”
“Pharmacist Lily and June were so helpful with my transfer of medications. Recently moved to Pacifica. Prescription sent from previous pharmacy was written incorrectly and there was also a delay with receiving. I was out of medication and my new insurance, started on Oct 1st, wasn't kicking in correctly. I've used GoodRx in the past so I was fine with paying extra as long as I could get some meds.
They were able to see previous script to validate the dose and form of medication. Pharmacy was out of my milligram. Lily and June made it work! They gave me 3 days of medication until stock available and doubling smaller dose.
Medication I've been taking for almost 30 years. Day 2 of not having gives me a lightheaded, foggy feel and very teary! These 2 ladies weren't going to let me cry! They took amazing care with great understanding to all of my challenges; relocation, new insurance, feeling ill from medication withdrawal and the fact I was a human trying to feel better. Not everyone is drug seeking and some situations are out of a patients control. I am blessed so many ppl helped me.
Almost forgot, gentleman (Gabriel or Pablo?) Pharmacist helped the day before, calling my previous pharmacy and re-faxing request for transfer. He took the time to better understand all my challenges.

“I recently was in Wallgreens to get my latest Covid shot. I was asked about my history of vaccinations by Nurse Nancy. She was able to look up my medical history. She gave me a couple of shots that were needed, and told me to schedule an appointment for other necessary shots. These are all covered by Medicare, at no cost to me...I was very impressed with the staff and let the manager, Michael know how much I appreciated every employee that helped me. Michael runs a very competent staff, and is always there to keep things running smoothly!!...Thanks Michael and Nancy for the great work done by all, and the 5 star treatment that I received!!”

“Overall, I like this Walgreens. The pharmacists, staff, etc. have been pleasant to work with. My complaint is that they no longer allow customers to used their restrooms. For seniors waiting for long periods can be challenging when the restrooms are not available.”
