“Wow! What a resource! I've come here a few times to print but never really interacted with the staff until I needed to prepare for a big interview and print a presentation.
I was having issues with the color palette and getting nervous about the charges. I asked for help and explained my goal and what I'd done so far. The representative, a helpful woman who's always there when I come in, started troubleshooting to improve my presentation.
She asked me to put back the folders and dividers and went to the back. After a few minutes, she returned with a beautifully crafted slide presentation, complete with binding and a protective sheet. I was impressed, and so were the two hiring managers I met with the next day. They even said I set a new standard for interview presentations—THANK YOU!
I've since been offered the job. While they hired me for my qualifications, I wouldn't have made the same impact without your help.

“This Fedex location and the entire team is a lifesaver for my business! They always help me design, print and price all my last minute wedding planning related items. Most recently Ramon, caught an error I made while processing an order online. First he worked on the project the same day as I placed the order and expedited the printing. He felt like I had chosen the wring type of paper to print on - so he called me to confirm - and his hunch was correct.
He fixed the mistake and re-printed the entire project on the correct paper type FOR FREE! I would have happily paid for the re-printing as it was a legitimate mistake on my part, but he insisted!
The next day, I went back in to cut my project using their paper cutter (for almost 2 hours). I got tired and made a mistake! So, I had to go back and ask the team if they could find one specific page from my project and re-re-print it. They took the time to find it, and print it again. The wedding would have been a disaster without their help.
They have a loyal customer in me for life!”

“t's incredible when you live in a small town and start taking small businesses for granted because they are part of your daily lives. We sure need to tell them how important their role is in making our daily lives much more manageable.
Millbrae is a small town, but it has its charm, and this can not be completed without appreciating our downtown small businesses shops.
Last week, during my work hours, my printer and fax gave up on me. I have a deadline to send crucial documents.
I decided to go to the Fedex Print Center in Millbrae downtown, where I realized how important these businesses are to us.
I was very stressed because of the 5 pm deadline. Of course, it was a Friday. On Friday, parking gets challenging after 3 pm, but I found one parking at the FedEx( limited) parking lot. You can always park behind the building, too.
I asked for help in sending my documents by email or scanned.
The person at the counter was busy, and he pointed me to the front area where the printer machines were, but the other person came and took me to that area and helped me step by step very patiently.
I asked his name, and he said oh, I am Aurtoro from San Mateo FedEx location. I am only here today so I can help with, this location. I told Mr. Aurtoro from San Mateo FedEx you had been a fantastic help, and I appreciate your kind smile and professionalism.
Aurtoro was very helpful and professional with his knowledge. So here we go. Thank you, Aurtoro from Fedex San Mateo. You sure are a valuable worker to this company. Thank you.”
