“We loved our experience with the Ford Maverick campervan! It acted as an awesome home on wheels and vehicle combo. We did unfortunately have an incident with the van needing to visit a repair shop. Escape Campervans roadside assistance promptly made accommodations for us and had the vehicle repaired overnight. We would absolutely use this company again!”

“This Enterprise location is conveniently next to Crash Champions, formally known as Service King. I have rented from this particular Enterprise several times for several occasions but mainly due to a vehicle in for repair next door. Every rental occasion was great. I was asked to write a survey and I happily wrote this for the company and happy to share here as well: From start to end, the team was extremely nice, helpful, & accommodating. Customer service was top tier with great attitudes all around. The gentleman who helped my uncle & I get set up with our rental was patient and understanding while I had to translate. Isabelle, who helped us check out upon our return was friendly and efficient. She even called me many days later to let me know our insurance covered everything. Had she not called, I would not have remembered to check with my insurance to close things out even though she suggested I do so on my own to speed the process up. (Oops! Sorry Isabelle!) It was great that she took care of everything for me and confirmed that our deposit will be returned. I will be happy to return to this particular Enterprise in the future and Enterprise in general. Thank you to those 2 particular individuals for setting great examples of customer service and more!”
