They tend to always leave hard to reach places and even after explicitly asking them to clean, they do a very hand wavy job of cleaning the act properly. There seems to be no oversight to ensure quality of service”

“Got the hand wash for $55 with a $20 tip. They put you near the wash bay and use soap and a pushbroom to scrub your car for about 10m. After they tell you to drive around to the vacuum station and vacuum and clean for about 20m. My only issue is I can't really tell if they added the fragrance or not and I'm not expecting 100% dirt free carpets, but there are still some notable sand/specs around. Took about 30-45m overall.”
