Otherwise $10 for the cheapest wash. Free vacuum even without subscription (as another reviewer stated). Pay at the gate with a credit card.
I’ve been to so many automated car washes in the Bay Area. From Richmond to Berkeley, Fremont, San Francisco…this one is the “best”, see below.
For the same price, you get free vacuum!
The vacuum is self-vacuum and they provide towels. Towels aren’t always “new” or “clean” but it’s there and I use it to wipe off excess water or stuff that didn’t come off from the car wash.
The car wash itself is the kind you align the wheels and you put the car in neutral.
Note: if you’re not good at putting the wheel in the exact spot, not sure this is for you.
The tracks guide you along all the way to dry. Then push you out and there’s a green indicator to tell you to put it back in drive and it’s done. After that, you drive yourself to the vacuum spot.
I always go early around or before 9am, so there’s no line.
And before you get to the wash, you go through a gate where you pay, gate opens. There’s a guy to power spray your car first to loosen the dirt.

“Didn’t know this gas station got so much hate. Never had an issue with filling up gas here, although I’ve never talked to the employees so i can’t speak to the customer service. Car wash was mostly fine, no real issues there. Their gas prices are obnoxious but I mean it’s just the norm here in California…”

“This gas station actually has Diesel #2 that I need. My vehicle required diesel with 5% max bio content. Most other local stations provide diesel fuel with 20% or more bio content. Legally stations are required to post signs at each pump if over 5% so I am assuming this location is legit. Gave 4 stars due to the tap to pay not working at the pumps.”
“Took my mom's car to get her upholstery and carpets shampooed. They did a very thorough job. I was very pleased for the price and time to complete everything.”

“The 91 gas there is super LEGIT...... My Toyota v8 runs extremely smooth on this. You can tell the difference between gas stations. I'm a SHELL guy myself but this 76 is TOP TIER. The prices are high but it's top notch”

“$10, $12, and $14 for the Deluxe. I opted for the deluxe. They have a person on site that wets the car and then wipes down with a brush. You give him your receipt and he enters the code for you to then enter the carwash. Under car rinse as you enter the carwash then stop once inside. Multi color foam, two thorough passes of the big brushes, two rinses, clear coat, two more rinses, blow drier at end. As far as auto washes go, I think reasonably priced. I'd go again if in the area.”
“Pizza was amazing. Although, we went there a bit late, but we were received with warmth and the sweet lady named ‘Seema’ baked a fresh pizza for us, we loved this gesture.”

“I stopped by this Valero gas station to use the car wash service. There used to be a touchless car wash machine here but it got changed to a car wash machine with brushes now. I would avoid any car washes machine with a brush because of the scratches it will cause on your car paint but since we drove far to Fremont and the car was very dirty, I had to.
I came in the early morning and paid for the car wash service inside the Valero store. The lady working was very nice with me and explain how the car wash works. The price was reasonable for the regular wash and I was happy with the results.”
“I have been too busy with life that I took my car to Pacific Carwash Corp. They did an excellent job. My Car was clean, was shinny, tires shinny, vacuumed well and windows done. It didn't take long about 20 minutes. Totally professional and I will go back again.”
“I went to get gas here recently.Gas was high .I wish gas was lower compared to normal .Chevron is high with prices .I have to use the Chevron app and phone number soentieks to save a few cents Everytime .I get points on the app .I usually only put $10-$20 in my car.I don't need much to get around .I sometimes wish Chevron would have a discount day or coupon .Overall I give Chevron 6 out of 10 stars because it is bay area California.I go to Chevron maybe once every 2 weeks .”

Everyone super nice here I come here for my gas lunch and a car wash every week. Special thanks to you're too best to employees joe with a blue hair & "Fi" in the deli with the grey streak hair. Not only are they stylish they always have smiles on their faces and go above and beyond! Give these two a Raise right away!”

The more "expensive" - I'm talking about gummies so it's nor about $ really - ones from like Europe or whatever have less flavor & are usually like tough to chew. And other brands in the US never have as much flavor. Pleased to discover Chevron made gummies even semi-close to 711). <---kinda looks like a gummy worm right? I prefer bears but nothing close emoji wise!?”

“Prices are usually a little bit high but the customer service is reasonably friendly. I like this location for the access on and off the highway and the car wash usually works. But this location does not sell diesel fuel”

I was able to wash my car at 10pm (yes, it's opened 24hrs). The process was really smooth and fast. It took like 8min to finish.
