“There were ten people in the waiting room on Friday, July 15th at 9:30 a.m. I checked in twelve minutes before my appointment and waited to be called. There was noticeable confusion among clients about skipped appointments, walk‑ins, and concerns about being overlooked. I was acknowledged by a female Asian‑American phlebotomist, who guided me to the room for my blood draw. She first drew blood from my right arm because the veins were small, and then drew blood from my left arm where the vein was larger. The instructions for providing a urine sample were clear and easy to follow.”

“Quick and efficient! I went for a walk-in appointment for routine lab work. I was nervous with reviews saying they didn't accept walk-ins but I think this may be for drug testing only, or maybe i just got lucky. There was a slight hiccup with finding the order in the system, but the tech handled it and got me set up, then did the blood draw quickly! The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes from walking in the store (including checking in and waiting) to walking out of the store.”
