“Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about! Making an appt online was simple, there was no lineups at my time, the technician was super skillful and quick. At other labs I've been to, technicians have often had more anxiety than me, or poked incorrectly causing pain, etc.”

Check-in procedure is very easy and friendly.
Reminding emails and text messages sent to me were proper and helpful. The staff called me on time (no delay). She is friendly and nice.
The restroom is good. It will be nicer if the restroom can also provide paper towel (it doesn’t have).
The restroom has dryer instead.
Overall it was a very good experience at Quest. Called me even before the appointment time. (On time) staff was polite and professional. Environment was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Parking was easy and closed. Test result was completed very quickly.”
