“Time to review a service so it doesn't look like all I do is eat.And everyone needs a reliable, honest car repair shop. Alvins is our go to for our cars- a 20 yr old Honda and 4 yr old Toyota. They've fixed our brakes when the dealer did a shoddy job and do our scheduled maintenance too. Car repair is not cheap anywhere but we think prices are reasonable- way better value than going to the dealer.5 stars is for Mike at the front desk for explaining the what and why of car repair and he's just so darned nice.They are a busy shop so u might have a wait for your appt. We're ok with that.”

“Brought my car in for tire mounting and alignment. Orlando took me right away when I arrived and I was out in under 2 hours. They have a lobby with a desk so it's very convenient to do any work. I highly recommend calling a week or two ahead as they are by appointment only and pretty booked out. Their prices are also the cheapest around for high quality work.”

“Called to schedule an appointment. Binh (the owner) told me to come on Saturday. I had a 1998 Acura so I had to use a Star Certification Station. Price was reasonable. I was in and out of the place in 20 mins. Definitely a recommended place to take your car for smog.”

We saw EJ auto care which is a tiny little garage and Eric assessed it as missing only one bulb. He then replaced it immediately free of charge. What a guy! He is the Man! “When you go to autozone, it’s probably because you’re in need of help with your car. just maybe. i definitely was! i was only expecting to get some antifreeze but instead got so much more help than i dared ask for ! terry took it upon himself to help me fix a broken part of my car ( with permission of course ) and was so kind throughout it all. this is what i picture when a business says they care about you. terry made a big problem seem less intimidating and i was able to drive my car in just a few short hours ! the customer service here is amazing, especially when attitudes aren’t something you can train. terry did an amazing job along with his coworker, and i’m so impressed and pleased. these are the team members you want to keep around, they are so worth it . they definitely deserve to be recognized.”

“I enjoyed the service. The check in process was simple and fast. Front desk was able to give me all the details of timing and cost. The rental car place is just behind the wall and Service king actually works with rental car pretty closely, which is very convenient. My car needed extra parts and there was a delay of the delivery; my maximum rental car allowance was about to expire and the manager promised to complete the job or give me extra rental car days paid by the Service king. In the end, they were able to get the parts and complete the repairs.”
“I have been coming back continuously to them for years, with many cars. I trust their opinion implicitly, and the few times where they have not been able to fix a problem, they will take a loss even if they had purchased and installed new parts. They have gone above and beyond where most would lose their patience. Speaking of patience, I strongly feel the few bad reviews talking about rudeness are not talking about Kevin and Brian - there are 3 separate businesses at that gas station, and I have found the guy that runs the gas station to be quite rude (I've seen him yelling at several people), and the guy who runs the smog check sits outside smoking (which was one of the descriptions in the bad reviews which doesn't fit the description of our favorite car repairmen)!”
