“I have a 2026 ioniq5 with KWv3 coilovers. the front was ok yet back was too low and camber way off. I called multiple shops, no one wanted to work on it. Except Orlando.I went in with 2 30mm spacers for the rear recommended by KW support. I thought maybe he could fix 50% of problem. However, he was able to completely solve rake, height, and camber problems in the rear. I could not have been happier.”

“I didn’t think service like this existed anymore. Our Honda Passport developed a ‘parasitic’ electrical draw that drained the battery overnight and was made more challenging by the fact that it was intermittent. Alvin’s service writer Mike Ferrer assured me that they would find the problem and kept me informed with updates. They were able to work thru the off and on electrical defect, detect a software issue and repair the car. Great professional service at a very fair price!

“I was visiting San Jose for the day and as my luck would have it, my car decided to leave me stranded right in the middle of traffic right before most places closed. After finding someone to tow it, I called this shop which was closest to where I was and Getty was nice enough to understand my situation and stay open a little longer for me to come by and drop it off. His technician Don Jorge was able to look at it the day after and he was able to get it running well enough to get me back home and get to work. He explained the issue and made sure I knew what to do if something came up on the way back. I was very happy with the service provided and it made an unfortunate day turn into one I'm going to appreciate for a long time.”
“Came here Monday morning to get a flat tire patched for $35. Frank was quick and professional and got me back on the road in less than 30 mins. Great business that does tires right.
Edit: Sept 2026 -- Updating my review as I came back here for a set of new tires for my wife's 2012 Honda Civic. If you're in need of good quality, but also budget-friendly tires, Frank has fair and reasonable prices as well as a great warranty. Bring back your vehicle if ever you get a flat tire for free of charge. Putting in new tires took less than an hour on a Thursday afternoon. I even walked down the street to get coffee and by the time I walked back, my car was already done! I used to think getting new tires from Costco was a good deal, but Great Mall Tire Outlet will do one better.”
“On my way to work, my checklight came on all of a sudden. My car started shaking and had little power in the accelerator. I was so stressed, I made it to work. I couldn't focus on working, so I called bay city automotive, and spoke with chris. He told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. So I did. He found the problem right away.
And it was fixed the same day. It was a stressful morning, but it turned out so much better. Because chris took care of me and my car. So glad I found this place. It is awesome thank you!!!”

For each service, they had me in and out in less than 30 min, completed the services requested well. The price for the oil change for a sedan was $75 & the tire rotation was $35. “When you go to autozone, it’s probably because you’re in need of help with your car. just maybe. i definitely was! i was only expecting to get some antifreeze but instead got so much more help than i dared ask for ! terry took it upon himself to help me fix a broken part of my car ( with permission of course ) and was so kind throughout it all. this is what i picture when a business says they care about you. terry made a big problem seem less intimidating and i was able to drive my car in just a few short hours ! the customer service here is amazing, especially when attitudes aren’t something you can train. terry did an amazing job along with his coworker, and i’m so impressed and pleased. these are the team members you want to keep around, they are so worth it . they definitely deserve to be recognized.”
