“I enjoyed the service. The check in process was simple and fast. Front desk was able to give me all the details of timing and cost. The rental car place is just behind the wall and Service king actually works with rental car pretty closely, which is very convenient. My car needed extra parts and there was a delay of the delivery; my maximum rental car allowance was about to expire and the manager promised to complete the job or give me extra rental car days paid by the Service king. In the end, they were able to get the parts and complete the repairs.”

“Great folks, very professional & transparent. my volvo got rear ended last year and I land with them after getting a couple of quotes. they were not the lowest but very professional and clear in pricing and finished everything on time. there was a missing real sil plate in vendor order and they happily reordered it and installed it w/o any issues. I happen to mention to them during visit that I have a broken side mirror for my other car. Kurt mentioned if I can bring the part they'll install it. last week I ordered a replacement side mirror for my other car & they replaced it no charge. I have never seen this happen in all the time in bay area. Will definitely give them repeat business if I need any other body work done.”

“This place has been my life saver for years. I can't believe I took so long to give my review. I had been coming to this place for years with different cars I owned and also recommend to all my family and friends here with no hesitation because I know they will be well taken care of. They had been in the business for long enough to know the ins and out of the cars and parts. When I had an accident in Berkeley, I paid $500 to get my car towed to Olson brothers in Milpitas because I know they will not only take care of my car but they will be honest with me about what is going on with the car. After covid, many suppliers have closed their shops. so it has become extremely hard to find parts anywhere, Olson brothers team went above and beyond to find me the parts I need and fix it. They always have said, any issues bring it back and that right there gives you a peace of mind.For one of the reviews that said she caught the owner driving- Please understand that they have to test drive the car to see if its working, they have to take it down to N.1st street to get the car tested and approved for alignment. I know these because I asked. Sometimes, its good to just ask clarification questions before hurting someone's business with a bad review.Thank you :)”

“It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.”

“This review is for the used car manager David Ramirez, service writer Stevie Tausan, and Abdul used car manager. I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot in October 2023. I did notice the car had an alignment issue that according to the technician was corrected which was not, I also did not receive my second key, and it only came with less than half a tank of gas. I was hesitant to give them a review at that time because I felt that the car still had an alinement issue. After speaking with the team, I named above on January 27, 2024, I brought in my car for a second diagnoses. They did a great job. “I had to make a stop at the center in Milpitas. I saw online that the schedule wasn't open until next week, but they accepted me as a walk-in. I had to get the front passenger tire replaced, and was told it would be 40 min. Right on the dot, I got the message that my car was done.Turns out my rim was dented from a previous blowout. So they had to rotate the tires as well for safety.Overall great experience at this location.”
