“The service dept at Freeway Isuzu is incredible! We had a major issue with a new truck for our non-profit thrift store in the Coachella Valley and Freeway Isuzu was able to not only get it repaired, they also worked with Isuzu to have the warranty cover the cost of the repairs. They even drove out a rental truck for us to use while our truck was being repaired. Professional, courteous and straight forward are words I use to describe Freeway Isuzu. “I am a first time buyer. My buying experience was awesome because of one person-- Eddie Rodriguez. The minute he answered the phone, I knew he wanted to help. He was ALWAYS there for me. He never rushed me off the phone. He did a lot of checking for me-- with the parts room and walking out to the truck I bought when I had specific questions. If he didn't know an answer--he seeked help to find out for me. He never stopped for me.
Eddie would have worked as hard for me selling a $25.00 Tonka truck, as he did the beautiful, wonderful truck I now have.

“Great trucks at reasonable prices. The trucks are much newer than u haul trucks. The person serving there was nice and courteous. Asked by himself if I have a triple A discount, even though I didn't know of the discount. Also, he gave me an appliance dolly without any charge. Finally, when I took a little time at the parking, he came out of the office to see if everything was okay. Really, great service. Highly recommend them.”

“Went to this location to drop off a tractor for its service. Very clean kept shop and everyone is friendly. Shop staff seem a bit too busy but are willing to help and direct you to the person or office. I wondered around a bit when I arrived due to the signage on where to go for what, but at the end it worked out.”

“Had a good experience. Called in the morning. Got a car ready for me in two hours. Arrived at the location. Sweet elder lady assisted me. Explained everything elaborately. Off I went. Came back to drop off. I dropped off overnight and brought the keys in the morning when they opened. She didn't charge me extra (I'm mentioning this because I've read some reviews where some uhaul places wrongly charge people to hand over keys the next morning). I had my infant in the car and she was so sweet to come out to my car and run in and out to help me out. That's awesome customer service. They sell a ton of other random stuff like animal feed and medications. Hidden gem for animal Care.”
