The car wash itself is great as they have great monthly memberships which I highly recommend. Driving a car daily, it’s get dirty pretty fast so it’s convenient to be able to come wash it whenever I feel like it”

“Sprouts is a good place to go for some of the foods that you can't find at Vons or Ralphs. The produce is always good. There's an extensive selection of supplements that you won't find in the drug store or grocery store. Also an extensive selection of skin care that is typically less harmful than the products in traditional stores. This location has self check out. The parking lot is very busy at this location. If you happen to be here about 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM on weekdays Carmel Mountain Road becomes incredibly busy with people going to the freeway. I learned to avoid this area during those times. I usally to the Sprouts in Poway because it's not as busy.”

“This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Before I even finished it, I was already looking at the menu of what I am going to get next time. Went in to place the order, being it was my first time, and they were very quick.. I ordered the Jack Hammer on Rye, which is very delicious. This will be my go-to lunch spot. There was so much meat on the sandwiches and came with a small side of potato salad or macaroni salad. Great quality and friendly service..Update. Ordered The Godfather (hot) very very good as well 10/10.”

“Ooh so so yummy good. The sandwich was delicious I went with the club and I also grabbed a bag of these Nicki Minaj chips which I do NOT recommend. But the sandwich was great and we walked over to benches that overlooked the Pier which was so nice and this dog there named Brûlée was wanting a bite of this sandwich sooooo bad !!!! Goes to show it was a good sandwich. The guys working were super nice and friendly. It's really close to some nice beaches that you can walk over to and see so many pups !! It was really nice !”

“I grew up in the neighborhood in the '80s and have been back for extended stays, including now. The Liquor Box has always been a great place to shop for drinks and other sundries (my mother bought beach towels there last month). The brothers are SUPER NICE and are always quick with recommendations and open to hearing about new liquor they haven't carried. I highly recommend this local shop to support nice people in a great neighborhood. I always shop here to support their family instead of the other corporate places in town where liquor is sold.”

“I usually buy my alcohol here because they have a great selection and good prices. I finally decided to get a sandwich.... and I have been missing out!! I got the vegetarian w/avo and the guy even asked if I wanted the cheese too (in case I was vegan). Sandwich was big, extremely fresh and filling! The veggies were crisp and the sour dough was soft. I will definitely be getting my sandwiches here from now on instead of the other local spots (B&B).”

“This is a great neighbor store I keep coming back to. I'm a smoker (I know, sucks) but they have Seneca's so that's a big plus for me as rates are crazy. Especially now that menthol cigs are banned, I've been kinda freaking out a bit over it, so Patrick, (thanks again) suggested I try this product you put in your pack that turns regular cigarette (which I don't like) to menthols. Who knew? Thank you for suggesting! Not only great service, they are sincere, helpful and care. I have witnessed and experienced many recognized by name, people laughing in line, chatting it up over scratching lottery tickets, (yes, they have winners!) or buying their favorite drink, (the choices are endless.) Much to see or things you need here, including many random items for the home you wouldn't expect. I've bought a soldering gun and iron, lot's of great incense, and they carry my Snapple sugar free peach tea and sell raw almonds. Too many items to list here, go see for yourself, and say hi to John or Fred (brothers) Mark or Christina or Patrick, great people! I can't thank you enough for solving many times, many needs. I needed a good detail yesterday, and the detail team put so much effort into it. Especially the areas I requested needed a little extra attention. They didn't let me drive off unless satisfied. Watched young Marines put $100 in their gas tanks on base. Sad with their pay checks. No 'minimum wages' here, as i hear CA is to give $20 an hour to burger flippers next year can't help but question this country's priorities. Better options at bargain stations in town.”

“Pw is my go to place whenever I need alcohol, soda, chips, etc. They are conveniently located and everyone who works there is super friendly and there are good vibes all around. They can have a good truck at times in the parking lot so parking can be tight from time to time but that is a small price to pay considering the friendly service that you receive and being able to support a local business. My only regret is that I haven't tried to food truck yet but I definitely will in the coming week(s)!”

From the exotic snacks and energy drinks, to the HUGE selection of wine, this place is where it’s at. “This place is amazing for sandwiches!!! Blew me away, really. Totally unexpected in what appears to be just another convenience store. Nope, hidden sandwich mecca! Loaded, hearty options, and at a great price. Best of all is the diverse bread selection: white, sourdough, whole wheat, rye, squaw (yesss), french, onion focaccia - on rolls or sliced. It was so hard to choose with all the great options of cold sammies and paninis. I settled on a Turkey, bacon, pepperjack (plus added avocado) on squaw bread and it was so good. I regret eating the whole thing in one sitting though, half was totally enough. Good problems? If you are in the area looking for a good quick lunch, this is your spot, trust me. You won't be sorry!”

After trying prescription from the dermatologist, I went back to ask Ally, as the medication was not working. “CVS is our new insurance preferred pharmacy. It turned out it is the best pharmacy we ever used in Mira Mesa. Our experience in this pharmacy is a huge difference from another local pharmacy. Before we had to use a pharmacy in La Jolla due to the awful service we encountered in Mira Mesa. Every worker in this CVS is professional, friendly, patient and helpful. They answer phone calls in a highly timely manner and give clear guidance. They also kindly handled vaccinations for my husband and me, and thoughtfully arranged everything to make our vaccines done quickly and comfortably, although we arrived far earlier then our scheduled time. Their high standard professional service is impressive and unforgettable.”
