So grateful they’re here and it seems like they’re not prioritizing profits over their workers. Not to mention how clean and organized everything is in the Pharmacy, easy parking, and quick service for meds and vaccines. “This is my go to Gas station as it is close to my work and I go in very early. I do not have issues finding a spot to pull up and fill up. It is welcoming to always see the same female attendant. She is reliable, always smiling and says hello.
I think if I had one criticism it would be that occasionally it is shut down for maintenance. Costco has APPS, and websites, but never provides when this maintenance will occur or for how long. I would think that adding these maintenance stoppage to the APP, to customer's know in advance and when it will be operational again...would be amazing and then 5 star worthy! ?”

“MCX exchange is amazing, I'm not a big shopper myself solely because I don't like being in crowds but MCX has a lot of variety and deals without having to deal with the headaches of being in a public store with people being impolite. Everybody is super helpful with the exception of the electronics department, I've been there twice and almost all the staff (besides like two people) seem very lackadaisical. They don't offer help, very unemotional when they do help you as if they're going out of their way & just unprofessional. Being that this is a Marine store, I would expect more out of them. If I was their superior, most of them would easily be laid off as this kind of service wouldn't be tolerated. Besides them, every other department is amazing and will help if you need anything.”

“Very nice, family-run pharmacy that truly makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another number.
The first time I needed to fill a prescription, I called CVS and was told they couldn’t find my insurance in their system and that my insurance might not be active. This was strange because I knew my insurance was active. I then called Poway Pharmacy, and they immediately found my insurance, confirmed that it was active, and were able to fill my prescription the very next day. CVS also told me they couldn’t get the medication for 2 weeks due to issues with their supplier.
What really stood out to me was the personal service. With large chain pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens, it can often feel like you’re just another customer in the system. At a family-run business like Poway Pharmacy, they actually take the time to help you and treat you like a person.
Great service, friendly staff, and a much more personal experience. Highly recommend Poway Pharmacy!”

“I love goinjg to this store, CVS Duenda Rd. RB, I know where everything is and can shop about 2 - 3 times a month and get good bargains and use coupons. The people who work there know me and are always so caring and kind. I live in a Senior Community about 1 mile away and all of us (about 500) shop there every day. They even know how to call our Transportation to come get us when done shopping, and the drivers help us with the bags!!!! OUR CVS!!!!!”
“This pharmacy is the best!! They always go above and beyond. I have needed to transfer medication and they helped me through the process being kind the whole time. I have had the hospital call in medications that needed to be mixed in a way they could not and they helped me find some where that could help. Also, any time my husband or I go to pick up medicine for my daughter they are always friendly even greeting us by name. I have been waiting in line and had conversations where people were bragging on how helpful the Walmart Pharmacy was for them. They are always fast with getting what you need.

“Very friendly staff with great service. Had a prescription for my guinea pig, they called to let me know when it was ready and when I was there they made sure the label and everything was fine. Maybe I pressed down too hard when I first opened it, which is what I think happened, as the seal got stuck on the lid. I called them and they said they could fix it if I brought it back in but I managed to get it open. I was afraid to fully shut it in case it got stuck again. After 2 weeks the bottle was a mess, the syringe was a mess and so I called them and they answered right away (as they always have with me). They told me to bring it in. They were absolutely wonderful when I went in and they gave me a brand new bottle of a different design and a new syringe and I couldn't be happier. ?”

The female pharmacist (who I am blanking on their name - sorry!) was extremely helpful to me in trying to figure out why a medication wasn’t being covered by my insurance, called my insurance twice for me, and helped guide me to the appropriate resources with my insurance company so that the issue could be rectified so that I couldn’t miss any doses of my medication. All turned out very well in the end I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much!”
