“CVS is our new insurance preferred pharmacy. It turned out it is the best pharmacy we ever used in Mira Mesa. Our experience in this pharmacy is a huge difference from another local pharmacy. Before we had to use a pharmacy in La Jolla due to the awful service we encountered in Mira Mesa. Every worker in this CVS is professional, friendly, patient and helpful. They answer phone calls in a highly timely manner and give clear guidance. They also kindly handled vaccinations for my husband and me, and thoughtfully arranged everything to make our vaccines done quickly and comfortably, although we arrived far earlier then our scheduled time. Their high standard professional service is impressive and unforgettable.”

“Best Costco ever great samples the flowers and the aisles are big so a shopping cart could get buy frozen section is great for fruit salad frosed section of dairy milk eggs are good the sampler are great they even have Halloween costumes at Costco poway.”

“Went for Covid tests a couple time. Appointments required. Stayed in the car, self collected sample, and handed sample to staff in a bag. Result delivered to email box the next day if sample was taken before noon; otherwise, within 48 hours. Good Experience is convenient, fast, and courteous staff. I didn’t go in the store. However, it looks very clean. Maybe will start filling my prescriptions here based on the good reviews from others.”

“I have been to numerous Costco gas stations and this one by far is the quickest and the most organized of them all (my opinion and observation only). There is usually an employee there ready to spring into action if anyone needs help. Everyone seemed very courteous while patiently waiting for their pump.The lights above the pump are quick to turn green when the available pump is ready.The prices are always at least -.30+ lower than any other stations in the area.For reference, I use premium and it was 4.68 compared to the next lowest at 5.28. This is our go-to gas station.”

The personnel and staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and AMAZING at what they do, so, just a little caution, know what you want and buy only what you can reasonably afford.This place was my Best Buy, Fry's, Hallmark, Men's Warehouse, Candy Shop, snacks for parties and Gaming Nights, and a place where I met some people I wish I still was in contact with.... It's seems like this is just a typical, "One Stop Shop," place, but it's much more. If you ever were in a different country, you'll find people and necessities that make you proud to be American. A nostalgia that you will miss and over-indulge as you embrace your foreign surroundings. This place represents more than we see and take for granted. Support our military bases and businesses, the families that are in unfamiliar territory and yet seem so a like the locals but will never feel at ease, and the people that take minimum wage to maintain that welcoming and yet American capitalism and inclusiveness unique to being a representative of the USA.If and when I can afford it by getting to where I am working my tail off to get too, I promise I will come back and ALWAYS buy the additional warranty!!”

After trying prescription from the dermatologist, I went back to ask Ally, as the medication was not working. “Am very happy about costco Customer Service always Specially today at Poway tech center Dr. Here is the thing what happened to me .I did eye exam last week and order one prescription Lens . After a week they texted me to pickup the glass . Unfortunately the glass didn't great that much as well it didn't fit me well when I wear it truly uncomfortable. So I went back after two days and talk to optical department and explained what happened and what options I have either to return or exchange. And the eyeglass department manager named Kiev She Came up with No Solution and I have to keep it the glass . So bad $200 glass Spent for nothing . Even anywhere they give you 30 days exchange or refund option if you don't like it why not Costco ? This is the Best place for Customer Satisfaction no one else reached it . I called Costco Manager to Solve my Situation , to be honest I even not Stayed for 2 minutes to Solve and make me happy again for Costco Customer Service. “From my many travels over the United States I like to make mention to the many men and women that serve in the United States armed services with the many that have served over seas and those that have served here in the United States there have been times when I see them come home and those that don't come home. There are many men and women that work night and day with those that have suffered from the ravages of war and the many combats zone. That many need extra medical treatment from the many doctors and nurses the specialists that work at the VA Medical Center in La Jolla San Diego the many that work their far outnumbers many hospitals to have the care they need on a daily basis. Seeing the many areas of the main floor of the VA Medical it looks very close to an airport there are those patients who live in the many areas of San Diego and the East County they rely on the Public Transport and the busses that travel all over San Diego and the North County Area which connects many to the use of the San Diego Trolley and the many express busses that service many of the VA Centers that many go to the VA Medical Center. The walk inside Medical Center is one of the many offices you have to go through to get the many areas of paperwork and your ID at the VA Medical Center for the many that go through Physical Therapy and the many Medical Treatments that many of the service people have to go through. Just watching the many and seeing the many places there one place was the gift store they have there was one place that had so much and some of the best things for those that need at home and the assistive medical needs or to have that close feel of home. Walking through the Inside you see so many and the creative history on the wall of the many that have visited the hospital that have helped the Hospital make lives feel better and health for so many to feel much Brighter. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer, the many reviews the one thing is that I have is respect for the VA Hospital and the many men and women they serve for those that have come back and having surgery for the wounds they had there is a long road ahead.
