“I moved in to Sonterra a month ago and have been very happy. The community here is nice and friendly. I feel safe no matter what time i come home. The maintenance guys are very nice and quick to respond. Mostly, I want to say that Kyle in the leasing office goes above and beyond. He has been incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my needs. I really appreciate his efforts and kindness. All in all, this is a great place to live. It's quiet for the most part and has a very welcoming atmosphere.”
“Payton and Juan are great! I'm grateful for Payton's patience and attention to detail when I've needed assistance from the leasing office. Juan does his best to get maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner and follows up when needed. I haven't had the best experience in the past with others in the leasing office and with maintenance at Skyview. There has been such an improvement since Payton has joined their team. I appreciate you Payton and Juan!”
“I had an absolutely wonderful experience finding and renting my apartment with Sarika and the team at Alicante! From the very first inquiry and showing, to the application as well as to move-in day, the process was very smooth, professional, and incredibly supportive. Every question I had was answered promptly, thoroughly, and clearly.
Sarika and all of her colleagues were responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. Even now that I'm moved in, one of her colleagues saw me getting my mail and asked me how I was doing and if everything was going well and if I was happy with the apartment. That was so thoughtful and kind of her to recognize me and go out of her way to make me feel welcomed.

“Been in this complex for a little over a year and wanted to leave a review before my lease ends in two months. It’s been a great experience living here. The leasing office was super helpful when I was signing my lease, especially since I was moving from out of state. The office/maintenance is also very responsive and resolves any maintenance issues within two days. I’ve called for urgent matters and they have come resolve it within the same day. Everyone I’ve met in the office and maintenance are very nice and it has been easy living here. Quiet complex, plenty of guest parking (during normal hours) and there is even space in individual garages for storage.”

Whether it was fixing a leak or helping me get a new dryer, she made sure everything was handled quickly and done right. We lost our key fob and car keys near the Del Rey Jacuzzi and were feeling hopeless about finding them. While others didn’t have many answers for us, Mary went above and beyond to help. She took the time to search and didn’t stop until she was able to track them down.

“I’m so happy I found this place 4 years ago. There’s a sense of community that makes it feel like home. The on-site team managing the experience here are amazing. Dulce, in the office, is a gem. She’s on top of everything! The maintenance team, Robert and Ken, are quick to resolve any issue (typically minor). And it’s so nice to have a dedicated landscaper; this place always looks great. The location can’t be beat. It’s a 5-minute walk to Albertsons, Starbucks, the Post Office and more. A 15-minute walk up the hill and you have unbeatable ocean and hillside views. Appreciate everything here!”

“Jose is a kind maintenance person and is excellent at what he does. He very promptly replaced our entire dishwasher after having to haul it up two flights of stairs by himself! He was also very thorough in his efforts, showing me that the dishwasher was fully functional (no longer leaking, fixed open/close hinge, completed a cycle as expected).”

“I lived here for 1 year. I loved it to be honest. I wish I could've stayed longer but had to move out due to job relocation.It's almost impossible to find something like they have. Which is having an attached garage with a 1 bedroom apartment. Also, you don't have anyone above you or below you, which is rare in an apartment.The only downside to my apartment was the washer and dryer. They were inside the garage and we had to use a flight of stairs every time we wanted to use them. The management weren't clear about it even though I asked multiple times before moving in and it was really annoying, but other than that, everything was really good, including the maintenance team.”

“I've been living at The Aventine Apartments for almost four months now and have been very happy with everything. The management team is wonderful, and whenever there has been a repair issue or any other issue it has been addressed promptly. In addition, it's a very quiet apartment complex with ample parking for guests. I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for an option in South County.”

“On 9/15/23 Matt & Daniel did an amazing job with fixing my garage that was severely damaged. They were fast to respond and more importantly they were kind & professional. They articulated their professional knowledge in a clear concise manner without sounding condescending. As a woman, this was noticed and valued. They even demonstrated respect by wearing a mask when I mentioned my husbands cancer. That level of empathy & class is hard to find and should definitely be acknowledged. “I've been living here since July 1st and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience of living in a plush 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse of my dreams... literally lol!!! The manager is overly concerned about the happiness of his tenants. The leasing consultant is super easy to talk to and quickly handled all the paperwork and anything else I needed to make it my home. Everything is so well kept by the maintenance men who are friendly and don't mind taking the time to talk to us if we have any silly repair questions too! Seriously after the unprofessional staff and unbearable living conditions at Idyllwillow Apts in Mission Viejo, they can count on seeing my children grow up into adults because I finally found a place that I can grow and thrive in my own quiet nook. Shout out to Gary, Anthony, Aldo, Felipe, and the entire Laurel Glen crew from the bottom of my heart”
“Leasing process was smooth and easy. Office staff, in special Lisa, are friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. I submitted a maintenance request as soon as I moved in and was taking care of in couple of days. The apartment has a pretty good layout and good natural lighting.”
“This place is great. I’ve lived here for three years and from day one have had nothing but positive experiences. The property manager Tonie is phenomenal, constantly working and breaking her back to go above and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this place running smoothly. I love how quiet this complex is and clean, no rats, ants, roaches or any creepy crawlers you see in dilapidated places. Most of the other residents have lived there long term and no wonder. They also just got brand new washers and dryers that have iPhone technology to pay for. Love it! It’s not the Ritz however if you’re looking for somewhere to have a nice life, quiet and simple this is the place. It doesn’t hurt too to have a good property manager who is on top of everything and very communicative.”
