“Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!”
“I love Francesca's! The shop itself is filled with so many trendy clothes and accessories. They also have a great selection of jewelry and small gifts, like items for birthday parties. I can't ever go to this shop and leave with nothing. I have gotten some of my fave pieces here. They have sales often and a loyalty club for extra deals. They have physical stores and online shopping as well. Plus, their sister store is the Daisy Shoppe (the more mature version). Highly recommend checking them out.”
“Overall, the store is your bargain basement store with lower prices on some times good items or sometimes cheapest made manufacturers they can fine. It's not a Macy's, and it's OK as the average shopper tens to be more working class than Macy's shoppers. You will find some good mark down items if you're willing to spend some time on the racks as an organization system and placing things back on the correct size on racks is hit and miss.”

“The people at this store...Ashley (mgr), Jamie, are all so helpful and kind. They will do whatever they can to help you find what you are looking for in a fun and exciting way. The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have! “BabyGap has such cute clothes!!! It is Located in the Mission Viejo mall downstairs near Nordstrom. I was always under the impression that it was expensive but i wandered in here recently looking for clothes for my 3 month baby girl. I wanted to buy everything! they had some really good deals and well priced items. Great quality too! I would choose baby gap over Carter's or any other baby clothing brand. The store was laid out very well and really organized and easy to navigate a stroller.The sales people were really nice too and offered to help me find sizes in certain items....very happy with my experience here. I will be purchasing a lot more in the future.”

“The Zumiez shop in Mission Viejo Mall is fantastic! The employees go above and beyond to help you find what you need.I take my grandson there on shopping sprees and the employees are so friendly the second you walk we the door. These are young men with "old school values and service."The manager, Rich, is knowledgeable and has a way to connect with the kids who shop there. If I owned a business he is exactly the person I would hire.The store has ALOT of stock in all sizes and is exactly what the kids who skate are looking for.Give it a try; you'll love it!!”

I had just been treated very poorly at another company prior to showing up at Express in Mission Viejo Mall, so it was to my surprise and to my immense gratitude that Van helped me find the right sizes in different styles for me, and even went out of her way to look in other places within the store to make sure they had what I wanted. “I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”
“I can't believe I'm just discovering Abercrombie. I was at The Shops at Mission Viejo and the scent of the cologne coming from the store was so great I decided to go inside. I found an awesome over shirt and was surprised at how great the quality was. Then I received an email about the softest material tee shirts. I had a need for a few and stopped by; they truly are soft af, so I picked up a few. Both times I stopped by, the staff was great and I'll definitely be back to discover more.”
“Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.”

Well organized, service was appropriate&mellow, music was good.The SELECTION - better name brands, funky, girly, kind of dark. Mens section was limited but worthwhile. Most everything was $8-10.
