“Amazing! I’m the groom, and one of my groomsmen needed a fit replacement 5 days before the wedding. We rushed over only 30 minutes before closing and ambushed Sebastian with a last minute refitting. Not only did he get us set up with complimentary rush shipping for the replacement, he did so with an amazing attitude that took all of the stress away! Kudos to him, and thanks for everything!”

I had forgotten a gift for my husband and I was helped by an associate that helped me with my purchase who had very good taste if I may add. My husband loved his present (for his bday) and I looked like a hero because of your nice attendant who had great taste. “Not sure why anyone would complain lol , thos store was clean and the blonde girl working January 13 2026 morning shift saved the coat for me without asking. I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? I have quite a few clothes from you guys now and sport it in the gym and it makes me feel better knowing I have quality gym clothes and day to day clothes.”
“What an amazing experience. My wife had been interested in getting another leather jacket so we went to the mall in Mission Viejo. Many stores has faux or polyurethane type jackets but not authentic leather. We stopped into Lucky Brand after visiting Macy's and Nordstrom and what amazing customer service. Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. Terrific inventory, awesome positive ambiance and stellar sales consultants.

“Joshua helped me out today pick some super cute jackets for work I’m so excited to wear. He had such great energy, so helpful and everything you want in a salesperson when you shop. Not pushy or flattering , just genuinely helpful . I hope he gets commission for the sale, some of the older women who have helped me in the past have had slight attitude so I just really enjoyed that Joshua was there when I went today! Seems like their clothes are getting cuter and more quality as well:)”
“When we arrived at the store, we were immediately greeted by a young man, and we let him know what we needed, and he took us back to the dressing room so my husband could change into his suit then a gentleman by the name of Bruce Andrews came and helped my husband He was absolutely amazing his Customer Service skills top notch. He was very helpful in every way and he’s a great salesman. Whoever hired him did a great job. The store is running like a fine oil machine happy holidays to all. “There’s even a subtle eucalyptus scent in the air—relaxing, but not overpowering. The hand towels are real cloth (yes, real cloth, not those sad paper ones that disintegrate), and the sink pressure is flawless. You can tell a lot about a business by how they treat their restroom—and here, it feels like they care.”

“Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.”
