“5 STARS ++ for the customer service department of HSTrading. I bought a couple of shirts back in middle of May and the 2x was a tight fit. Was gonna donate the parrot shirt cause it was just too tight, figuring it was like 6-7 weeks since I got the shirt. Sent short email to Customer Service and Terill A. answered back fast like overnigth. He offered to swap out with next size and did it 100% - fast and polite. Amazing support and service in this day and age! Will certainly be buying more from these guys in the future.”
“Dude this by far my favorite vans location to shop at - it's a small store but the customer servers is peak. I think it was Barbie who helped me out the two times I visited while I was in town and she helped me find the right size hoodie I needed for my trip to Europe. The other associates were chill too. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for a smooth shopping experience!”
